This was our first time financing a property in the U.S., and the process became especially challenging toward the end. Even so, I never once felt insecure — quite the opposite.

We so highly recommend choosing Bryan Realty Group to find you a home, and while we have no plans to move for the long haul, we wouldn’t hesitate to have this dynamic company sell our home for us. Michael Bryan was hand-picked by our realtor back in our former city, and with both of them being coverted “Top Agent on Zillow”, we were confident that we would be in excellent hands.
Michael was incredibly insightful and we actually found our dream home within the first hour of looking! From there after, we worked with Seth Bryan, Affiliate Broker and also recognized as “Top Agent on Zillow”, who was exceptional throughout the entire process. Have being a past realtor myself, I am still in awe of how they run their business, take care of their clients the amazing fast responses. They have licensed, inexpensive professionals for EVERYTHING! We did have 2 prior realtors we spoke with and had them do a Comp on our home. 1 was WAY lower and the other one I believed a little to high. They NAILED it! The way and strategy they used as a team, was unmeasurable and professional. In this market, our house sold in 4 days, and 7 days after we shook hands on listing with them.
