Not a friendly place to do business with. So called supervisor charging you more? They will tell you one thing & do other things. What happens to good honesty? I know it doesn't exist in this place.

Mrs. Cynthia is very professional and helpful. The rental experience went smoothly. She is a great asset to the Budget team and the truck I rented is nice.

Excellent service from George and Tucker. Thank you for taking care of me and my family on short notice. Sad that the branches are down to working only two day during the week. I got a very clean new vehicle that I love. What a blessing.

I hate budget and will NEVER use them again... they told me I'd be stuck with truck until Tuesday after memorial Day. I just relocated and was told I can turn it in earlier. No one said that the drop off location closed at 1pm and that there's no key drop box so I'd be stuck with truck until then. I don't have a house to put it at. Had that intonation been given i NEVER would have left my state so early to relocate.

Location is clean and the employees are generally happy to be at work. They are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this location.

Made a reservation for a rental two days before and once we got there they said they are out of cars. Smh how do you give away a reservation and then not even atleast call to let me know. I usually use enterprise, my first time trying budget and would not recommend getting a rental from here.

Make a reservation only to get here and they “have no trucks”. This is absolutely unprofessional, and unacceptable. Tried all day to call them, only for their phone system to bounce me back to the main menu. Now I drove an hour to get here and am completely screwed. I’m supposed to move today; now I don’t know what I’m going to do.

I'm offended that I have to even mention a wonderful shape such as a star with this atrocious business. Budget is the worst ever EVEEEERRRRRRR. Who owns this place? Why are they allowed to be so shitty? Why are we stressed? Why are the trucks dirty and scratched up? Why can't I pull down the back door of the truck on a move that I'm hired to do? Why is that truck still available? Who should we direct these problems to? are they gonna do anything? Why is it less than $100 to $150 to rent a UHAUL including insurance and you get difference back the next day? But it's 250 at Budget? And you have to wait 7-10 business days lmao. Why didn't I just rent a smooth clean no problems ever PENSKE truck? For 150-175 including insurance and a lift gate? What the actual f*** Budget hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah

If I could give no stars I would. Reserved a 12 passenger van for our group for a wedding in Memphis..Was told at the counter that they didn't have any vans that big but we could wait for them to go to another Budget location to get one. 35 minutes away... plus the van wasn't clean yet so we would have to wait for that as well.. I asked for a smaller mini van. Was told all their other vehicles were dirty and they only had one guy working (Thursday at 2:00pm). Ridiculous way to treat customers... luckily for me Enterprise had cars... I Am through with Budget!!

This company/location is very unreliable. They didn't have the vehicle I reserved or any other car available the day of pick-up, nor did they offer any alternative/solution. It's best to rent from another company from the start and spare yourself the inconvenience.

This place is horrible. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I reserved a van nearly 3 months before and received a reservation confirmation a week before my rental. My pick-up time was at 6 pm, but when I got there at 5:30 pm it had a sign on the door that indicated that they closed at 5 pm for Fall effective September 6. No one called me to inform me of this change and my confirmation reflected a time of 6 pm. Given the fact that Fall does not officially start until September 23 and in early October (before day light savings time) it's still daylight at 6 pm, changing hours is completely absurd. But wait, it gets worse. When I called customer service to complain about the change in hours without proper notification and asked if they even showed that the van was in their inventory they said a van is not in their inventory and there is nothing they can do to accommodate me since the Budget agency is privately owned. I showed up the next morning just to make sure that the van I reserved was not available, only to be told that it was not. They only had two cars available for rent...a bright green Dodge Charger and a red pick-up truck. This place is a joke and does not need to be in business. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE WITH THIS PLACE. You'll regret it.

Great customer service!!! This was my first time renting at budget and i was very impressed on how fast the service was. The young man at the counter George was there by hisself and got me my rental fast. Most def would come back to budget. Good job George you rock!!

I would love to give the Poplar/Whitestation Location 5 Stars, but they're permanently closed. I've done Business with them for years. In and out service friendly and helpful workers. I pray that this location treats me as A Wanted customer. Although Budget Rental should be well represented no matter the location!

I wish I could give this location and the company overall at this point 0 stars! This was the worst car rental experience I've ever had and I've rented lots of cars. 1. The employees are rude and unhelpful. 2. We reserved 2 standard SUVs only to arrive to one small SUV and excuses as to why they didn't have a 2nd. After going round and round they finally called other locations to find another vehicle. 3. The small SUV we were stuck with they ended up charging us for the larger SUV that we reserved and they told us when we called to question it that there wasn't that big of a difference in price so we shouldn't be too worried about it! We rented these vehicles for 8 days! That kind of money adds up fast especially with taxes and what not! Then they told us that they can charge whatever they want based on supply and demand. They were out so we got charged and up fee. They refused to help and were seriously rude. We called Budget corporate only to be told we had to take it up with that location because it's a licensee location and they could t help us. 4. Budget is currently running a special with Amazon, if you book the rental using your Amazon account upon return of your rentals within 2 days you get a gift card with 10% of your rental amount on it. We didn't get it. So I called again only to be told by Budget we would have to call corporate, I call corporate and they said they would have to get in touch with the local branch because they can't see anything past the reservation because it's a licensee branch. Moral of the story, these people are unhelpful, rude and just flat out crooks. They do what they want when they want and corporate won't do anything about it. Word to the wise corporate I'm not sure what your point in existence is if you can't actually help your customers.
