This is one of the best Burlington stores in the area. It’s always clean and well organized. I absolutely love the home section, it has such great finds. The store manager was also extremely helpful, which made the experience even better.

We went to Burlington store on 8/14/2025. Employee at station no 3 she was very rude . Very disgusting customer service .she treated us like, she was giving free stuff .If we buy something by paying money ,please don't treat anyone like this. She didn't get us Print receipt she said you have to wait 30 minutes for receipt. Don't go there.

They had very few selections. The early days of Burlington are gone. When it was still called a coat factory, you could guarantee you were going to find everything you needed. Coats, dresses (not the slutty kind) dress slacks for boys; the whole family would be looking good straight from Burlington. I do not need to shop there much anymore.

The selection is becoming more and more limited. I used to really love Burlingtons for their variety. I believe the one I went to had security (not sure if they were patrolling the outside of Burlingtons or the whole plaza/strip mall parking lot), but they DID NOT do their job if they were supposed to secure Burlington. I am giving 3 stars for the store itself, but 0 stars for the overall experience (for reasons outside of the control of the Burlington staff-kudos to them actually- the staff gets 10 stars).

The store is good but . The cashier is very rude her name is joyce my visit was on 06/26/2024 ,7:19 pm. We bought toy car from other store and Joyce thought about us we stolen car from burlington. Customer service so rude. I get 3 years baby we already get car from other store. I never come back to store.
