Didn’t have all of the cuts of steak I wanted when I stopped by in the morning. But they then called in an order and got more in by 3:30 that same day! Amazing service and very clean butcher shop.

1. The first impression from the staff was A+ super friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Not only knowledgeable but excited about what they do!
2. The product was unreal, cannot wait to eat my way through the shop and try the variety of meats and prepped sides!
3. Definitely a place you get what you pay for was skeptical initially with the prices but worth every penny!

I would give this place five stars if the staff was even 50% more friendly! They were just plain rude. Didn’t want to explain anything, and we had to ask someone to help us! It was wild!
Meat selection is on point, and we are excited to try the chops we got!
