OMG IT'S SO GOOD it's so fresh they've got a great thing going not sure if many people know about this place outs never crowded. The only negative comment I have is that the customer service could be more welcoming and friendly but I'll take the attitude with food this good lol I'm still coming back

The food is amazing loved the taste and texture of the pepper chicken. The portion sizes are great 1 order can feed 2 people with ease. The naan is cooked perfectly and the service was great. I will for sure be going back.

A brand new addition to the Indian food scene in the Memphis area. They are very strategically located, right beside to Balaji, the biggest Indian grocery in town. They inaugurated with a bang, and the place was extremely crowded. I walked in to check my luck and it was too crowded to get a table! I got myself a chicken puff from the counter and an Indian style chocolate pastry. The puff was warm and reminded me of a very typical Indian style chicken patties.A few weeks later me along with a few friends returned here for dinner. It was weekend and the place was still crowded. We waited for about 20 minutes to get the table. The place was loud and laid back. The service was slow. We started with some chicken lollipop ( Indian style crispy and spicy wings) and goat shukka. ( South Indian style spicy goat meat). Both the appetizers were hot and tasty. Moving on we ordered a bread basket and a bowl of malai kofta. Malai kofta was the best. Soft paneer ( aka Indian style cottage cheese) balls were cooked in a mildly sweet, thick, creamy, and aromatic sauce. The portion size was pretty decent. Ghee roasted dosa was served with a bowl full hearty, warm sambar, and some condiments aka chutneys. The chutneys were thick and great. They have a dedicated section of indo Chinese menu and we tried chicken Szechuan noodles. Pan fried noodles were tossed in spicy sauce and crispy chicken. Goat dum biriyani was a typical Hyderabad style and was pretty decent one. Me being extremely picky on goat quality could not give it a full marks!! To finish the sumptuous spread on a sweet note, we ordered an Indian style tres leches cake slice - where a soft and juicy piece of cake/ pastry was soaked into kesar milk ( saffron infused aromatic malai). Overall, it was a great dinner and quite economic to share the food amongst us.I still want to go back for the lunch buffet before passing my final judgment.Update: I ordered a chicken tikka panini sandwich and a chicken tikka pizza - the panini was still okay, however, the pizza was the worst ?. The pizza base was hard and it reminded me of Amul pizza once we found in India. It might be fine if you don’t consider it as “pizza”.Another update: I went back for buffet. They have many items ( veg and non veg). The Mango juice ( not lassi) was diluted pulp ?and I expected some Indian deserts. Otherwise if you want to stuff yourself, buffet would be good for you. But if you eat ala carte, you can customise the preparation with the spice level and requirements.

We came on Thanksgiving for lunch. The place was packed and after eating there we understood why. They had a sumptuous buffet laid out. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was seasoned perfectly and nicely spiced. The service was very attentive and pleasant. The decor in the space was very well thought out. Everything was clean. Apparently they also have a bakery there as yummy looking cakes and some savory pastries were on display. We can't wait to go back!

I checked this place out and found it to be excellent. The food was great, and they will customize your spice level. The chicken 65 - alwyas a favorite - was delicious! Also, the staff was super friendly. They were bringing the food when I saw their cool robot waiter. They heard my reaction and went over to make sure the robot brought our appetizer even though it wasn't going to - it was very nice of them to let me check it out! They also apparently have a buffet for lunch only, and I really want to try that. We had a great experience!

My friend recommended this place for lunch and I am glad we came. The venue is behind the Buffalo Wild Wings and hard to spot from the street. Plenty of parking. They have a lunch buffet that looks small but has everything you need. I cannot remember the name of the items but I can tell you that there are three sections. The first section is the veggie section and it tastes great. The next section is the hot bar and has meat. Most if not all meat options are chicken. The last section is desert and salad. The service was a little slow on drinks but the food tasted great. I want to come back.

India cafe food is very good, I visited the place two times for lunch so far, on both occasions the variety in the buffet was amazing, they have more dishes than any other Indian restaurant in the area, and they all tasted like they had been prepared by a seasoned professional chef.Another good thing about the restaurant is its bakery. I was pleasantly surprised to see the quality and skills of the restaurant after seeing the cake I ordered for a birthday party, I will definitely be contacting the restaurant for any catering needs as well.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs

Every dish we ordered was delicious. Bhavana was helpful and recommended many dishes my group. We ordered the goat sukha, chicken lollipop for appetizers and the goat biriyani, the bread assortment basket and paneer kofta, all of which were very well seasoned and had good portions. Dessert pastries and cakes also were exquisite. If the restaurant is full, you may have to wait a bit, but it is well worth it. I look forward to visiting again soon.
