“Our brand new windshield got hit by a rock on the freeway in Memphis, so we had to find somewhere right away to fix repair it. Called quite a few different places and no one could take us. Hernandez Auto Glass was able to get us in right away! They did a tremendous job! Stopped the chip before it spreads. Cost $50. No problem and we were able to get going within a little bit of wait so it could dry. Great service!”

Would definitely use them again. They had the best price of the other quotes I got after giving me a $20 discount.”

“Overall it was a good experience as far as the installation goes. However, there were a couple of things that held a little weight in my mind, which was timing. My appointment was at 9am, didn't get my car until a little after 12noon, and had to call them? I was told it would take bout 1.5hr. And yes, i was there on time.? Secondly, there was a panel on the inside of the car by the window that seemed to have come apart from the installation, im assuming because it wasn't like that when i brought the car in. Really didnt notice it til i got home. But overall, it was a pretty good experience. Hadn't had any issues with the window since the installment. Thanks Shaw!”
“We have used Auto Wreck Experts twice in the past and have been very satisfied with their work. The last time was a month ago when someone shot my door. We are moving to Dallas in late-June and their original available repair date was mid-July. But after explaining our move, they were able to squeeze me in early June. We weren’t able to do a drop off because we had no one to pick us up because we are not from here. He was okay with us staying in the vehicle due to us having our 2 year old. “Updated review: I have updated my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Here’s why - after I left negative reviews, the company reached out to me multiple times. They made the situation right, they were very apologetic and also fixed my windshield in a timely manner. I cannot say anything negative due to the fact they acknowledged their issue and fixed it without fault! Would use them again!
I left my below review- however like I said they have made everything right and fixed my windshield beautifully!
I called jack morris due to insurance suggestion. I spoke w call center. They used my vin number to order correct glass etc. they scheduled me for 11/17/23 and said the shop would call me w specific time. I did not receive a call. So I called them. I knew it would have to be brought in because the call center said they would have to calibrate it w camera or defrost something special with the glass.. so I took off half of my work day. I was told to expect 4hr wait time. The office on Raleigh Lagrange rd told me to be there at 8am. I arrived and checked in. I waited 2 hrs before they took my car back. To be told they do not have the glass. They told me the call center ordered everything correctly. But the glass was at another location. They could not schedule me there for another 2 weeks. And I could use the other location next week. I CANNOT MISS WORK! I’ve already taken a half of a day today for nothing. So I will never use Jack Morris again, and I will tell everyone else not to use Jack Morris. There is no reason if I scheduled the appointment in advance for them not to have my windshield at that location, especially when I also called on Wednesday to confirm it and waited 2 hrs before they told me this. I live/work over an hour away. What a good demonstration of how no one values anyone’s time or business. Poor customer service in not making this right.”
“I highly recommend Collisionworx Express on Whitten Road in Memphis. My car had been repaired for hail damage at another place, but the other shop didn't do a good job. I had numerous problems and took it back several times without any solutions. I finally took my car to Collisionworx Express, and Dennis and his team took things apart to find the problems. They are thorough and very pleasant to work with. They kept me informed and fixed my car completely with a quick turnaround. “I took my Honda clarity, plug-in, hybrid, and to get repairs from being rear ended, My collision estimator Portia Herron was excellent,she explained and showed me what needed to be repaired before they dismantled my call for repairs, letting me know that there probably was going to be more damage found after the tear down. I was given an estimate with damages they saw before tear down And I was given an estimate after teardown she dealt directly with the insurance company that was paying for my repairs. She kept me informed throughout the process, answered all the questions I had outstanding service I would. Definitely use AUTONATION COLLISION CENTER / ESTIMATOR and recommend them to family and friends.”
