Just moved to Memphis from Georgia so wasn’t sure who to go to and who to trust. I am someone that refuses to go to the big corporate shops because they want to up-charge you and tell you everything is wrong, so finding a shop you’re comfortable with can be challenging. That wasn’t the case at Carsons, these guys are great and super fast. Dropped my truck off to get brakes done at 2pm and they had it done at 8am the next day. They called and I didn’t answer so they left a voicemail and a few hours they called me back again to make sure we talked, this was super helpful and appreciated because most shops suck at communicating and will have just let my truck sit until I called back. Overall these guys are great 5/5 and the price was fair.

Carson Frame & Alignment is my new go to for sure. I’ve been to the Toyota dealership and always get charged astronomical prices for work that I don’t need or work that will have me coming back to spend more. CFA got the work done that I needed at a reasonable price and was honest about what I need next. Thanks y’all for giving me peace of mind and a safer ride again!

Their service was top-notch and they were able to quickly diagnose and fix the alignment issue with my car. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain everything to me. I was also impressed with their fair pricing, as they offered competitive rates compared to other auto shops in the area. Overall, I had a great experience with Carson frame and alignment and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

It took only 35 minutes to do an alignment. I asked them did they know anywhere besides Valvoline and Take 5 to change oil and they do it here to. I’m not going nowhere else to change oil and I’m not going anywhere else to get my tires aligned but here. Valvoline and Take 5 always says there’s a leak and there’s not. They let me wait here while I got my oil changed. I’ll never get my oil changed at Valvoline or Take 5 again. I’m going to refer people to come here:

I went to have my Uncle’s tire patched, since it’s approximately a 1min from where my Uncle lives; I decided to try them out. I am glad I did. I was in and out by 15 minutes. The cost was around $35, for some, it’s high but when I based it on the great customer service, location and no wait time, I will definitely be returning again!

Looking for a quality car service as a newcomer to Memphis, I found Carson on Yelp. 5 stars isn't enough. They addressed my issue and had me back on the road. Highly, highly recommend!

I took my car to Carson Alignment due to it shaking badly. Ms. Lois who works the front desk was very nice and professional when I called to get a price. She called me back and gave me the price to have my car fixed and they were advised to go ahead and fix it she told me when it would be ready. Once my car got ready I ran into an unforeseen situation and couldn't get my car when it was ready . My car was left there a whole week since the repairs were made. Jeremy and Ms. Lois called me and they both very very nice never once went off about me not getting my car. Some places will charge you a storage fee but guess what Carson Alignment DIDN'T. I'm so thankful to have found them online and would recommend ANYONE to go there for any service they offer, If I could give them a 10 I would do it times... THANK YOU CARSON ALIGNMENT
