Ever since Barnes & Noble took over, this has gone downhill. The prices are higher, the staff is disorganized, and they refused to offer textbook buyback. In the Spring of '23 and again this Fall "23 they advertised the incorrect textbooks - which led to students, myself included, buying the incorrect books and having to re-order the right ones later. They update the required textbooks on their website without ever notifying students of the change. It's an unnecessary and frankly, offensive practice of adding addition stress to an already stressful education. Add that to them being closed on important purchasing days for programs like BAPP and it taking forever to receive orders, despite classes starting.... Bring back eFollett and point me in the right direction to make a legit complaint regarding the B&N Law School Bookstore they replaced it with.
