This visit was straight hell..Had to keep sending food back to the point we're we just said F it. Fried pickles came out straight grease.. we let that slide.. margarita chicken came out white as snow I sent that back, brought the street corn out it's brown.. my presidenta margarita drink had food around the rim, I sent that back. My friend ordered hot wings and guacamole, the wings were black and slimy inside(old) and the guacamole came out brown she sent that back and asked for fresh.. brought her another one out it's brown too. Anybody eat fresh Gauc knows it's not suppose to be brown. After that I lost my appetite this most likely will be my last visit. Went out to get the kids out the house and I hate we came here.

The worst food was burnt and it looked like someone had already eaten it the drinks had dirt floating around and the waitress had long nasty nails and no one was wearing a mask everyone was literally walking out they were out of silverware it was a MESS! They don't deserve a star

I only leave a review if it's pretty bad. It was pretty bad. Waitress needs to learn about personal space, practically hacked into our drinks and we had to get them replaced. Literally moved her face an inch or two from our drinks for absolutely no reason. Waited like seven minutes for ranch and my mom's meal had shrimp that was ice cold. Not even room temp like if it had been left out! It's like they didn't cook it at all! Food sucked. Anyways don't go there.

curbside side service is offered, but not delivered. After tipping online for curbside service, I still had to go in to get my order. The staff has an attitude of don't bother me, customer service and the customer experience is not a priority with this location.

DO NOT order To-Go from this location! I've ordered 10+ times and ALWAYS have an issue. Gave them another chance. Shouldn't have. This time, the order was missing items (even after calling the store directly to confirm) and the burger is inedible. It was cooked so long, the bottom is black and crunchy. Not crispy, but literally tooth-cracking crunchy. Go to another restaurant. Find one with employees who actually care.

Awesome service and great food! This would have been exceptional in normal times but just amazing during Covid. We had a 35 minute wait, but once we got in, just stellar service. Everyone as hustling to keep everything running, but very attentive and always checking on us. Food was hot and delicious. Wonderful experience, which is so rare these days!

Not a good location unfortunately. My DoorDash had several items missing so I just drove up there. It was bad y'all. I feel like they aren't properly staffed perhaps. It took three people to finally get the rest of my items and it was a mess of other people who had items missing from their own orders. Got what I needed finally...But I didn't realize my daughters LAVA cake was frozen until she went to eat her dessert. The lava was frozen lol. Yikes

1 hour wait for one person to eat. Only about 5 tables in the whole restaurant were even seated. Everyone else was waiting to be seated while workers were out back smoking. Ridiculous. Glad I didn't eat here. Can't imagine how the service would be.

Ordered takeout. Was very disappointed. Called the manager on duty and I explained the entire order I was u able to eat. They was about to close so I was very understanding and told them just give me credit and I will try again in the future that I eat here all of the time Never got the credits. Then I called and spoke to the day manager and told him the situation and he apologized and said he would take care of it and guess what he NEVER DID !! This is very poor Custkmer service and didn't follow up I didn't want to give them a bad star. However the ribs was old like days old and the queso dip was the same. I am very disappointed in the lack of making the situation right. I gave them several chances to do so !! I normally eat here once a week.
