I placed a mobile order to pickup. After I started eating my burrito bowl I noticed a gnat hanging on the top of a piece of chicken. After I got it out and tossed around some of the contents of the burrito bowl I found yet another gnat smushed into a piece of lettuce. I took it back to get a refund. I got there and they said I had to call the customer care line which I didn’t mind. I called and it was like every time the rep started talking there would be a humming sound that kept me from hearing her. I was offered a free entree, cups, and dip or something of the sort. I asked what about my refund. I mean, I barely even touched my bowl and giving me free coupons didn’t guarantee me going back. She’d said she gave me the refund and wasn’t able to give me a free coupon to go back. At this point, 2 bugs in my food is a total turn off.

I am a regular of this chipotle and I came in on yesterday, the lady that usually be on the cash register was putting the toppings on the bowl. She had just got through cleaning off the counter top where they make the food and was using the same gloves toput toppings on customers food. You must change your gloves often, to avoid cross contamination. It was very unsanitary to clean off the counter top and use the same gloves to put toppings on customer food. Please advise your staff to change gloves whenever they do a different task for many may be allergic to the items she was cleaning off and besides that it is just disgusting to use the same gloves to clean and prepare customers order.

Our online order was wrong and the food was ice cold, despite being early for pick up. The restaurant was disgusting and the staff were all rude. Don't waste your money here.

The food is pretty good, however I would strongly recommend you go in and order, because they've either forgot an item in my order, or got it wrong entirely every single time I've ordered on the app.

I'm done with Chipotle. The last 3 times I've tried to get dinner at various locations they are out of a third of their ingredients. This was my first try at this location since another location was always out of items. This location it might have been easier to list what they did have available instead of what they were out of. I tried. They failed. I won't be back. I'm tired of seeing the CFO of Chipotle in The Wall Street Journal talking about pricing challenges. How about talk about the challenges of ordering the right amount of food? You had 1 job to do. You keep failing. Not your customer anymore.

Food is good. Food is always good.. service was okay. Employees were nice… atmosphere.. needs work. Every table is disgusting.. out of chips, silverware and ice. Every table, currently has food on it. And not one person in line. Let’s do better please.

One of the worst chipotle experiences I’ve had. Took 25 minutes to get served, then you see the counter all dirty with food everywhere and missing many items such as guac, lettuce, pico de gallo, and fajitas.

I frequent this chipotle location and most of the time they are subpar but I really wanted to highlight today which is April 6, 2024 at 12:50 PM. I experienced great service and the place was staffed and they were dialed in and they were doing a great job, so whoever was working at this chipotle location during lunchtime on April 6 you are amazing and thank you for my meal.

Very rude staff.derrick was extremely horrible.very poor customer service
