  Every time I come to this location the cashier is on her 10min restroom break I sit waiting for 20 min ik this store losing money 💰 get rid of lazy workers it people out here really need this job and will do the work.

  That self check out machine stole my money, the rep opened and found just $1 bill ripped and couldn’t find the rest of the money or find the sale on the system so I never had my money back.

  Not open 24/7 paid for my gas went in to use the restroom and get a drink and was denied to use the restroom and employee continued to say she was closing so I had to leave.

  This by far is one of the worst Circle Ks in the Memphis area enter at your own risk. Never had a positive experience at this location. Every time I go the self checkout is broken most of the time and the workers in here are rude and lazy always something wrong with this store be aware. Every time I get fuel inside the store either they claim "the fuel card system is down" or they always have an angry employee complain about which fuel card you use. Avoid this place if you can.

  The older man with white hair will only acknowledge you or respect you if you’re a man, otherwise be prepared to leave feeling degraded and insulted. This store is close to my house so I go there multiple times a week, nearly everyday for something. There has always been friendly people and great service towards me, until today. There is a man working who I’ve never seen before. I walked to the cash register (where they always take care of me when I buy vapes or add cash to Cashapp) I stand there as the man completely does not acknowledge me to any degree and continues to have a conversation with a man beside me. Once the other customer leaves the man continues to stand there not saying anything to me but giving me a look of absolute disgust. I said hi, he said nothing. I said I needed Juul pods, what kind I needed, and he proceeds to bark back at me asking me questions about what I just told him. I answered. He tells me I have to use the self check out thing and asks for my id. As I’m handing him my id a male customer behind me who I do not know at all starts making comments (“shes with me she doesn’t need an id” “call me later”) etc making me feel extremely uncomfortable and degraded. Meanwhile the worker is scanning my id multiple times. I’m 32 years old. Scan the thing and let’s move on. The customer man is continually getting closer and closer to me as I’m trying to pay for my things and the worker is saying nothing still to me or about the gross things being said to me that I did not ask for. I will never be back here. What a degrading and awful experience. I will never feel comfortable being in this store again. And if that man continues to work the counter maybe he should be taught a few things about basic decency and respect towards others.

  So I was there on 2-13-24 between 1:30-2:30 and I worked the self checkout machine, but the receipt didn't print up. One of your employees, who wasn't even working the counter at that time, came up shouting behind me. Did you press print?! The receipt won't come up if you don't press print receipt! I never saw an option to press print as the screen just went to a buy fuel screen, and I told him that, but he kept on saying what he was saying and I just stop speaking, because I could tell he wanted to argue real bad. When I stop speaking, he then turn his head real fast and aggressively towards me, and repeated the same thing very rudely. Does he treat everyone like this or just women? Very rude and very aggressive over a receipt. I never meant any harm. He's just easily slighted. Even if I'm wrong and he is right, we're talking about printing a receipt up for me. Is it really necessary take someone's head off they neck and roll it down the street.

  Always nasty, trash is always everywhere on the outside! Mostly clean on the inside, haven’t been inside of the restrooms! Half the time the doors are locked and in the mornings during business hours they’re closed. The slush machine is always down and drink machine halfway works!

  The manager is not professional and she has no idea what she is doing , they sold me a wrong cigarette then she didn’t want to exchange it so I end up through it in the garbage, bad customer service , I don’t advice anybody to shop there
