If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t use the self checkout kiosk for gas it never works. Worker named Xavier told me they updated the system and I still did not want to checkout with the kiosk. He was busy chatting to a customer he didn’t want to ring me up after I told him my problems with the kiosk when getting gas. Had to wait 20 just to try and get a refund after the kiosk didn’t work for gas but still charged me and I had pay for the gas again until it refunded into my account. And he proceeded to laugh after I paid for gas again. Fountain drinks never work. The setup self checkout right next to the register to the point you really can’t check out yourself. And then they disabled being able to checkout with cash. There is already a limited selection of drinks as it is. Unless you love alcohol because they have an abundance of that. Avoid this gas station at all cost

This is one of the worst Circle K stores I have ever been to. They advertise .79 cent drinks yet their soda fountain never works and has been down for months. They also advertise that they stay open 24 hours. I have personally been down there on 5 or 6 occasions to get gas and the doors are locked. I have also seen employees stand outside the front door and smoke weed on their so called breaks. They never restock anything in the store. I will drive to Germantown Circle K which is several miles down Winchester to avoid this terrible store.

They always treated me right while there but I'm not sure if anyone had ever had this issue but filled up the tank and the car acted as if some of the gas was mixed with water, anyone else has this problem?

I stopped in at this location yesterday to buy $50 worth of gas and something to drink went inside to use the bathroom. And the lady behind the counter was so rude and wouldn't let me even use the bathroom. She said we had it locked. For cleaning was very rude to the customer that was in line. She was waiting on just very unprofessional. This lady needs to be fired immediately. She does not know how to do customer service. This is very sad ?

Circle K store location 7195 Winchester Rd, Memphis, TN 38125 store number #3657 has a young black man that is an employees and he is stilling gas from customers. I paid for gas on pump 2 but he add my gas on pump 10 and told me that money will be added back to my card. But I still need him to put my money on to the pump that I paid for and he was acting confused while his ppl was stilling my gas money off my card. I never got my gas or my money back. Circle K you have Lost this good paying black woman customer from this date forward May 28/2024.

Be careful buying milk from here I bought a gallon this morning for my toddler dated March 3rd and it was spoiled… now I’ve gotta check sealed products to make sure y’all are handling it safely every time y’all should do better when stalking y’all close for 4 hours a night to do this get off your damn phones and do your jobs y’all disgust me.

Rude employee stated she was cleaning the restroom. I politely said ok I can wait. The employee went on to leave the cleaning supplies and teach can outside and to a back area knowing a customer was waiting. I didn’t purchase anything and I left.
