Door says 10 and google says 11 which is true? Cause that was a waste of my time waiting at the door while the employees look at me like I’m crazy I’m the cold !! So Unprofessional

Every experience I have had with this location been great. The lines move quickly and the workers are very pleasant. I will return! I was there on 05/07/2021 and 05/13/2021.

Maybe I'm missing something lol.. Cuz there is NO Citi Trends at the location. There is only a library, Police station, and skate park at this location. ??♂️

Unhappy that my daughter was unable to take a picture of a shoe that she wanted to send to her Dad in ATL, because this store didn't have her size. This policy was NOT posted in the store or at the bottom of the receipt, but was enforced by management and store associates . Contacted the District manager and she informed me that it was indeed a store policy and that it was listed in the CORPORATE policy booklet. If such policies are to be enforced then they should be posted in the store, so the store managers and associates can have proof of this policy instead of looking as if they made up a policy to inconvenience a customer. The district manager did contact me back and attempted to help me locate the shoe in my daughter's size, but I had already left the store.
