One location provided a friendly and great experience with welcoming staff who shared deals, making it inviting. That store was very clean with helpful and professional employees who provided great customer service. However, another location was messy, with an unfriendly manager who did not speak or suggest anything, leading a customer to state they would not return. Despite this, many find the staff helpful and ensure customers get everything they are looking for.

The store was very clean and the employees were very helpful and professional! Was able to find, try on, and purchase my daughter’s tennis shoes within less than ten minutes with no issues!
