Don’t try to call store , no one will answer. Can cancel order on line or app. Walmart + don’t do it a waste of money. No help with account if you need it. 800 number agent is a joke has no authority to do anything to your account. I must honestly say I did give Walmart plus a try. It is nowhere close to the Service you get from Amazon. Walmart needs to step up their game if they want their Walmart plus to be even close to Amazon.
Update after a week they finally resolved my issues. Amazon usually takes about 10 minutes.

Just two self checkout lanes as employees just stand around doing the bare minimum. Way too many empty shelves. No prices listed for many items and way too many employees on their cell phones chatting(covering their speakers with their hair) and will come up with any excuse NOT to help. Management at this walmart is jacked-up lazy and or just don’t care ?

On August 4, 2024, I visited the Walmart located at 7525 Walmart to purchase 15 bags of mulch. While the associate who assisted me was excellent, I had a disappointing experience with the managers. They refused to allow me to pay for the mulch in the garden shop and declined to open the garden shop doors to facilitate loading the items. Despite my request for them to walk to the garden shop with me, they refused. I am aware that this location recently had a fire, and I know it is a violation to have all the doors locked in the garden shop, as only the management can open them. This incident highlighted the poor management and lack of customer service at this Walmart location.
