Best service ever . Houston and Heather are best in business. They will take care of you and your vehicle from start to finish and fight your battles with insurance if necessary. Quality work with attention to detail is exceptional. Highly recommendServices: Steering & suspension repair

Firstly, the service was unsatisfactory, and we needed to request revisions for several aspects. Secondly, their conduct was impolite as they repeatedly postponed the delivery, providing various reasons each time. We were taken aback to discover this only when we reached out to them. Interestingly, they never offered an apology.

My car was backed into while I was at work. The insurance of the other guy took a while to get back to me but finally did request estimates from different places. Collisionworx was one of the places I received my estimate. The staff here is great and try to help you out however they can. The venue also gave me the confidence to leave my car and not have to worry about it getting broken into or stolen as its close to a P.D. Once I finally got the insurance to approve the fixing of the damages and my drop-off date, I was ecstatic. After a few weeks later my car was finally done, and I appreciated everything the Collisionworx team did to bring my car back to life as the car is very near and dear to me.

Robert Mettler is definitely the BEST hands on. He took care of our Kia Telluride and he was absolutely the best. Thank you Robert because of you, we are stuck with Collision Worx on Appling Farms for life.

Love them! Houston stayed in contact with me about my vehicle. Always did what he stated that would be done. Awesome customer service 10 out of 10, I would recommend!

I have to give a shout out to both Bo and Houston, I had some issues with my window that they had fixed and they were extremely professional in the process leading up to remedying my issues. They were prompt as soon as they heard about my issues, they personally overlooked my truck and made sure everything was good to go. They even stuck around after hours so I could pick my truck up that day. I'll definitely be recommending people here

I'm not a fan of negative reviews but this was a terrible experience from start to finish. People in the office are nice enough and will try to keep you happy, but it doesn't quite balance out the sloppy and just generally bad shop work. Not to mention there seems to be communication issues between the shop and the front.Basically I was told my vehicle was done before it was actually done, there were several different "issues" that arose. I had to call my insurance countless times. It's important to note I drove this vehicle still DAILY for over a month after my collision without any mechanical issues, only body damage. Fast forward to when my truck is "Done" a second time. I drive off the lot only to be on the side of the road minutes later, transmission fluid everywhere, my A/C wasn't working, had to get towed. The only saving grace here is that collisionworx paid for the tow to an ACTUAL shop, Jim Keras. Although collisionworx told me they did my oil, test drove it, and on the quote "Recharged" my A/C after they emptied it, that was all proven to be false. No coolant was found, they had made mistakes hooking my transmission back up, and 3 days later I'm buying a new battery. Collisionworx paid for the Chevrolet shop fixing the mistakes they had made. I ended up buying the new battery myself and at this point I have no clue what all got "replaced" from my original parts. All in all, these guys may have been good at some point based on the reviews, and the office personnel may lead you to believe that is still the case. My body repairs look nice, hence the 2nd star in my review, however, the actual work that went into my truck mechanically and under the hood was obviously low quality.May sound like I'm just complaining, but I don't leave many negative reviews, so maybe consider all your options before selecting Collisionworx.Services: Transmission

Shady business. First question out of the girl’s mouth was “are you self paying or is it insurance” and when I said self pay she didn’t want to talk to me. I’ll take my $15,000 in business to someone else.

I’m giving them 5 stars because I am very satisfied with the repairs. They did an excellent job. It took a little longer for the part to come in than expected however, the manager Bo Reed was very apologetic and provided great customer service. Overall, I would recommend them due to the quality of service and fair pricing.Service: Body & Trim

We used Collisionworx to repair our Fusion after wreck. They were the quickest to accept the vehicle (1 month) after many body shops wouldn't make an appt. for many months later. They completed repair in seven weeks. The repair is a great job and we are very satisfied. Good work!

I brought my 2019 Hyundai here for a repair when I was rear ended because they were the best rated shop around me and I didn’t want to deal with my new car being messed up when I got it back. While the repair that I needed done seems to be done well, the mechanic killed my battery, blamed me for “wear and tear”, then tried to sell me a battery and starter for $750. (To be clear, my starter was perfectly fine and they even admitted that they didn’t know how to tell what was broken. As a car shop. It took a simple google search to determine it wasn’t my starter. It was obvious they were just trying to sell me a starter to get more money.) In addition, when I retrieved the car, the inside of my car was blanketed in dust and there was a different car’s internal light sitting on my seat. Also when dealing with them over the phone, they consistently would tell me they would call me back with information but never did, then they acted confused and blamed me for not calling them even though I made it clear that I work night shift and sleep during their open times. (This includes what the estimated time my car would be in the shop for and how much it would cost for them to replace my battery.) It was just extremely unprofessional and I had to buy a battery from autozone and install it myself just so I could go to work later that day with 3 hours of sleep. I wish getting your car repaired as a female didn’t include getting extorted. I don’t know how it’s okay to give your new car thats running perfectly to a shop to repair the trunk and bumper and then receive it back unable to run.Service: Body & Trim
