Best staff, best prices. Of course, everything about the Cordova Costco is good. Clean, quick, affordable, well kept and stocked. The pharmacy never has issues getting medication in on time. We've never gone to pick something up and found it not there. Never has issues with insurance. Never had strange delays getting refills.
The staff working back there really are some of Costco's best too. It's not often I enjoy standing at a counter waiting to check out, but I always do here because the staff are always so pleasant to visit with.

Always good to me and because I'm a business member the pharmacy credits go to my membership costs. The complaints I've read here are baseless, they've always treated me nicely, probably because I do the same with them. It's a popular pharmacy with lines sometimes, but they're efficient. Buy a rotisserie chicken on your way out and it's all good.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! It’s just a pain in the butt to walk all the way through the store to Pick up prescriptions when there’s more convenient places like Walgreens or CVS

Do NOT order a major appliance from them if you are having it delivered. The Costco Logistics team is completely incompetent and it's impossible to get to upper management to file a complaint. First off, they set my units up (attached the pedestals) outside in the rain, though I provided more than enough space to do so inside. They broke the pedestal to my washer, didn't level my washer or dryer, installed the dryer door on the wrong side, installed the hot and cold water lines backwards, and poured my Windex all over the floor to make the unit slide easier. They did not check the units to make sure they worked or if they broke anything. They also left trash from the box, including a package of screws, all over the street in front of my driveway. The next team that came out, a week later, couldn't bring the new pedestal because it arrived damaged. They did fix the water lines, but did not level the units. That teamed admitted the first team was incompetent and from out of town, so they were probably rushing and didn't care. The third team came out another week later, one of them was from the original team. He was the one who hooked the water lines up backwards. They installed the pedestal and again, he hooked the water lines up incorrectly again. I will not have them back out to my house again. I will hire someone else to make sure it's done properly and will be sure never to order a major appliance from Costco again.

First of all if you expect any kind of customer service from these people your crazy ... from the time you press your membership card against the glass to be scanned to the time you insert payment and they hand your receipt to you ... not a "thank you for shopping Costco" Not a "did you find everything you needed?" God forbid you have to ask where something is located Because they'll say their out or point in any direction and tell you it's over there ... first rule of Customer Service-- if you don't know what it is your talking about, Don't just make something up..... Regarding Costco wanting to see the pic on the back of your membership card before you step up to checkout? If Costco really wanted to prevent FRAUD & keep other People from shopping on someone else's membership card then Costco should let ONLY the one person whose name & photo appear on the back of the card upon entry & not 4-5 other people, or else how does Costco really know if all the items being bought are being distributed amongst multiple households ? It could be done regardless of how many people are let in! If they wanted to sort out the multiple people and whose the real member - just sort it out upon entry

Careful with Costco's tire center. They're happy to sell you road hazard insurance but keep in mind when you experience a road hazard they determine if you're allowed to use it. My tire started losing pressure literally right in front of Costco coming off 40. I turned into their entrance and drove directly to the tire center. They checked the tire, told me it needed replaced and because I drove on it through their parking lot they voided my road hazard and charged me full price. Told me I should have stopped on the road in front of the store and put on the spare. Really??I feel like being a woman may have had some influence there too. Had these tires going on 2 years around 17,000 miles. Just FYI

This is a really nice Costco. Super clean, organized and the staff that I interacted with were great. We don't have a Costco near us, so it was interesting to see how many more products were available vs. the warehouse chain that we shop in. The only photo I took was of the snack bar on the way out. I didn't partake, but those were some cheap eats.

I just scored the last Mickey Mouse's haunted house. I got the display and they honored 20% off so I got it for $80 instead of $100. I love the customer service here and they have a wide selection of items. Definitely my go to location.

Really nice store. Very popular so avoid weekend shopping it's busy. But it is definitely worth it. Lots of good stuff and great deals.

This place is always packed and you can barely find a parking spot. The employees at the pharmacy are rude and talk to you like you're stupid. The aisles are packed and it's very disorganized. I'm not renewing my membership.

This pharmacies staff is amazing!! Being a nurse myself I love that they follow the rules and give excellent service on top of it! They helped me find discounts so I could get the best price and so courteous! Love this pharmacy!!
