I'm always so hopeful and excited to support local businesses. However, from the moment I walked in, I encountered rude customer service at best. I am unsure of the motivation for treating customers so coldly. Maybe it is unusual for a dad to bring their kid in to this store to look at toys and clothes. At the end of the day, it didn't feel like a warm or inclusive environment.

Love this store! Our favorite outfits for special occasion and play. The nicest staff is always on hand to help with sizing and they really know the merchandise always makes shopping a great experience!

They are simply wonderful! Bought a dress for my buddy’s baby girl as a gift. I didn’t even ask for it to be packed but they did a wonderful job gift wrapping it. Great selection of dresses too.

Very cute store! We love their clothes and bought our glider here. I read some of the reviews about feeling stalked &/or followed, and I will say I do suspect they work on commission bc they are very eager to be the ones to check you out or help you if you find something you want to buy. While this may be off putting for some the clothes are very cute and the staff is very helpful and attentive! We love to shop here.

The people who work in this store are just the very best. They are so kind and so helpful. It is always a joy to shop with them. They have helped us transition from baby all the way to tween clothes and have been such a help to me! Very thankful for them and especially for Julie. She is a gem!

These are some of the racist people still in Memphis! I will never step foot in a place like this and it's 2021. I will be putting your business on blasts all weekend. I got time.

Very cute things and nice quality, at least one store in memphis where you can buy ugh boots and nice clothes for kids. They are very expensive though. The few times I was there I never felt uncomfortable like some other reviewers but probably some people stole from them in the past so they might be a bit paranoid... they should just have a security guard at the door and should put alarms to all clothes and that’s it.

We went to visit this very cute store right after my husband and I found out we were having a baby girl. The customer service was awful. Never asked to hold our stuff or help us with anything, just followed us around and stalked us the whole time like we were going to steal!! I would have gladly spent a lot of $$$ at this very cute store, but I hated that I was being watched over like I was going to steal something any second. AND THEN when we did check out the lady that was watching us the whole time asked if we wanted our things gift wrapped.... didn’t even care to ask or congratulate us on having a baby but assuming we were shopping for someone else. I will never go back here. Awful experience.

If you don't think you fit a "high profile, rich, white, upper class couple" don't even bother going. Yes, I am a 22 year old Caucasian male, with a lot of tattoos. First time there, and definitely would've been somewhere I would've gone for a long long time. As we're shopping around, we were constantly being hovered over as if she thought I was going to steal something. It wasn't as if she was trying to help us, because there wasn't even any conversation as to help pick stuff out or hold stuff at the counter. My wife and myself had just found out what gender our baby was going to be that morning, and were excited to buy stuff for her, unfortunately an unpleasant first experience. And to top it off, I had accidentally almost tripped on a chair, and I had apologized for it after it happened. Her response "Just be careful." Lmao what a sorry excuse of a store, ran by some wanna be, Boujee a** old white lady's. Oh wait, it doesn't stop there! They have a lot of product that are "bundled" together but then priced separately?! We picked out a trio of newborn onesies, which were all on the same hanger, and at checkout they tell me "just so you know, these are all separate" and then she pulls out a dress with a bow on the shoulder strap, and lets me know those are separate as well. Some of those things would not have normally bothered me, but it was a big day, and things just kept adding up. I've worked in retail, there is a difference between profiling, and being helpful.
