“I'm a new member with Southern Security Federal Credit Union. For a few weeks, I'd been inquiring about how to order checks. I called the Southaven branch and they require members to come into the branch for their first check order. Being that I work 9A-5P M-F, it's hard for me to catch them during their regular hours. I called again regarding a different question originally, and I was assisted by Angela Thomas. Angela assisted me with my first inquiry, and when she asked, "Is there anything else I can help you with?," it just felt like a good time to ask about the checks again. Angela informed me that she could help me order the checks. She even went so far as to help me find a design by trying to describe the designs, which was actually hilarious. Angela exuded professionalism, courtesy, with a healthy dash of humanism. I can tell this isn't just a job for her; she actually cared about satisfying my questions. STFCU is fortunate to have her as an employee, and I'm just as fortunate to have experienced her A1 customer service.”

I was closing on my home. needed to verify that a previous loan with Orion had been closed.She was extremely busy But she stopped to obtain the information ASAP because that’s what I emailed her. I needed it that day because the next day was A holiday. She went the extra mile and spoke to the closing attorney for my home. She kept me informed by emailing both of us that she was calling, trying to get the physical paperwork because she had verbally verified that the loan Was closed. Mrs. Parham is extremely professional, respectful and Patient . I am a retired. Nurse have served others all my life, to find a young person so respectful is refreshing.. Initially, I said she saved my life again because my husband died suddenly Mrs. Parham was so kind and gentle during a devastating time with the death of my husband. She respectly walked Through everything I needed to do to take care of legalities during the death of my husband.. I pray that we find more people like Mrs.Parham She’s so knowledgeable at her job. She spoke so gently not condescending. Mrs. Parham explained everything everything To me in layman terms If she ever moved to a different branch, I will find her.
