Just moved in a few weeks ago and so far my living experience has been great. Ms. Velva was the leasing agent who assisted me and my husband with our apartment search and got us in time for a move in special they had going on.As we know, moving is expensive and any chance to save money is a huge plus. So far the community is very quiet and we’ve even been getting better sleep here lol. The amenities are nice and internet is included with your rent which is great so far! Another thing that is a plus is they offer a package locker for the residents to ensure you receive your packages. There was some maintenance that needed to be taken care of we noticed once we moved in but the manager was happy to take my list of items and relay them to the maintenance team to have them addressed in a timely manner. So far everything has been great!

I wouldn’t give any stars if possible. The community was fine but management has gone down hill. The management I signed my lease with was amazing but he got a promotion and management they replaced him with is not the type of management I would ever sign a lease with again.

These apartments have been declining and getting worse since the new property manager started. He does not communicate well and cannot articulate simple things. He always has an attitude. Belvia is always pleasant and professional, but they rarely answer the phone or return phone calls. Maintenance doesn't have a sense of urgency with things they should. My air went out and the maintenance guy was downstairs cleaning out an empty apartment instead of going to get parts to repair my unit in 100-degree temperatures. They change maintenance people like underwear. The gate is constantly broken, trash is all over the grounds and builds up every week and you can smell it from your balcony depending on where you live. The stairs are always filthy, and you have to take your shoes off to keep from tracking dirt in your apartment, but they charge you if you try and put a stand in front of your door, so your food deliveries don’t get put in the filth. Dog poop is everywhere. The 2nd and 3rd floors are hot because they are not insulated, and the ac units are loud. Your internet will never work properly. Xfinity said it is because they have torn wires everywhere that they will not repair. Since I have moved out, I rarely have an issue with the internet. They have a silverfish infestation. Packages are stolen or delivered to the wrong unit all the time. Cars are being broken into and there have been carjackings at gunpoint. They are desperate to rent the units, so they let anybody move in. I have seen people evicted and things put out in the parking lot often. I would not move here unless you are desperate.

Honestly this place is a dump. They DO NOT CARE about maintaining the places. I had a girl over for the first time last weekend and her comment was “don’t take this the wrong way, but they make these apartments look way nicer on the outside than they are inside”

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I moved into a nasty roach infested apartment! The apartment was not clean and roaches started coming out during the walkthrough. The property mgr said its really not that bad… ROACHES ARE BAD! The bathtub and washer/ dryer still had dirt from the previous tenant. Ive never seen a dryer dirty… Ive put in several tickets for the same issue. Maintenance never fix anything!
