The guy with beard is really pessimist and so cocky instead of making you feel welcome is completely the opposite. I was asking just how to unlock the carrier and started saying i had to call customer service and blah blah when i explaines before i tried and the my couldnt reason why i went to a retailer store but couldnt do it because needed to wait another 7 days and thats why i went today and then he asked for id but i told him the account was on my dads name and at the other cricket didnt asked me for an id or whoever was on the account besides the PIN so he refused to do something… Worst customer service

DESPITE SOME GOOD REVIEWS...BEWARE!
I am a long-time loyal customer, I have never experienced such terrible service. On February 20, around noon, I visited the store looking to replace my damaged phone. I didn’t have insurance and wasn’t eligible for a discount, so I was hesitant about making another purchase so soon after replacing my phone in September.
The male worker , working alone, initially seemed polite and helpful. I spent time asking questions and comparing phone features, trying to make an informed decision. Feeling overwhelmed, I decided to leave, do some research—particularly reading customer reviews—and return once I was certain about my choice. I expressed my gratitude to the man behind the counter while explaining my plan.
What happened next was shocking and completely unacceptable. Instead of a professional response, he sharply said, "So you just wasted my time." At first, I thought it was a bad joke. I replied, "Excuse me? I’m not here to waste your time." But he repeated himself and then shouted at me to get out of the store.
Still in disbelief, I clarified that I simply wanted to check online reviews before making a decision. He scoffed and asked, "Why would you do that when I’m right here? Did you think I was just a cashier?" Clearly, he was not acting like a salesperson either.
Realizing he was serious, I headed for the door but couldn’t resist turning back to say, "I was this close to buying from you, but I’m so glad you showed your true colors." Then I walked out—never to return.
Not only did I research a new phone after that, but I also started looking into switching to a different phone service altogether. No customer deserves to be treated this way.

I went in with a question about billing. The phone reps told me to go into the store to finish the transaction. The representative on the phone was very helpful. However, Once I went into the store location , the man told me that I had no clue what I was talking about , nor did the representative. He was very short and RUDE in his response to anything I asked. People wonder why their stores and businesses take losses, but I know exactly why! This sort of unprofessional Is just commonplace and some establishments now. The man who is usually there needs some customer service training ASAP. I guess when you are an independent store you don’t care about anything because you don’t have to answer to the higher corporate people.. but bad businesses always eventually fall under- you guys will see the level of professionalism you have- but only if you have a problem that needs to be solved.. if you do, I suggest to go elsewhere. Stay blessed everyone. It’s a lot of mean people out here

I came in this morning and Tarik was extremely helpful he took his time with me and he did not give up until he figured out the problem he spent over 2 hours figuring out my problem and he did i am very happy that cricket has Tarik as an employee he was excellent thank you Tarik

Had issues with cricket customer service which was very horrible. They kept telling me that my bill was one amount and the store owner would tell me something different. I came back in and he calmly showed me what he had in his end and long story short he gave me the money from his own pocket. I have dealt with him vwhen I bought my phone and he is very calm and humble. I wo ld not recommend cricket service because customer service lies (including the supervisors) but I will forever recommend His store!!
