I went into the store on a day that the systems were down. The rep in-store was awesome. Although, no purchases could be made, she sold me on a new phone without using their systems. I go back into the location this morning and again I was greeted with the same enthusiasm by the rep on duty. I had the chance to not only get a new phone with accessories, I was able to share some knowledge with the rep who is the store manager and chat with the district manager. Great customer service and wonderful shopping experience! ❤️

I called cricket wireless to speak to a representative about their smartphone prices and promotion deals. And the representative I spoke with was very polite professional and friendly and very helpful.

I came to cricket store at 3260 Jackson avenue to buy a new phone. Amanda is one of the most kind, sweet, patient, and helpful people I have ever worked with. She was working by herself and always greeted anyone coming in the store with a smile and helpful attitude. She went WAY out her way to help me and answered all my questions!!!

My sister had visited other Cricket stores and they were telling her her phone was fine but she kept having problems. So I took her to the 3260 Jackson store. Yasmine told her that her phone was a 3g and she needed to upgrade. We saw a sign say by February 2022 3g would end. Yasmine took out time to help her with her needs. She was very patient. She made me want to change my service but I'm under contract with another company. Keep up the good work Yasmine J. Smiles and thumbs up to you.
