Diana was so very helpful she went above and beyond to help me with the issue that I came in with. She was so professional and helpful. Looks a little "shady" on the outside if you're not from around, but I was in & out in no time on a Saturday afternoon?!! It was also refreshing to see the sales associates enforcing use of masks.

The young lady that helped me was EXTRA PATIENT, Kind, Respectful and very knowledgeable. I wish I could remember her name so she could get the accolade she so well deserved. I'll know her for sure next time I go there. She was the younger of the personnel working that day. She was slender with dark hair and an olive complexion. And she wore the cutest smile the whole time I was there. I can't say that it was Cricket had much to do with her personality because that's usually not displayed at most Crickets I've been to. I have to say her Parents taught her well!!!!
