Store itself is fine but being charged $20 for a late fee because somethings wrong w/auto pay & the fact that I’ve been a Loyal Customer for 23 plus years & have multiple lines with you. I really take issue with the fact that I have never gotten any discounts on new phones which are only available for new customers. I do understand why but you would think after an amount of time there would be some consideration for the more loyal, proven not to mention reliable Customer’s. Thanks for letting me vent however would be more grateful to get a new phone discount.
