Always open late by same person name adrian. Monday thru friday plus to be open at 9 instead always 10 to 15 mins after 9. Also, hot in there and hardly greets customers.

Adrian has horrible cs skills, horrible sales skill, it was a devastating experience . No, we did not purchase the iPhone. We took our business elsewhere. On top of the frustration, it was extremely hot. Inventory was low on accessories for the 7 plus.

Beware of requests being made to agents there and charges you incur when THEY mess up.. Young man lied about my request for having an old line reopened with the same number and over charged me by changing my Phone number and charges me for a new sim card...The over charged money was not refunded back to me . The agent did not know how to process my request and I had to tell him to call Customer Service for help..He wanted to charge me again and again for something he did wrong to get the matter straighten out for me to keep the same numbet...The young man will lie and keep an innocent d*** look on his face while lying to his manager about your request...Beware of wrong charges that cannot be refunded according to the manager. Like activation fees....Sounds like an activation scam to me..They make a mistake and you are stuck playing for it....Go elsewhere...
