I walked into the store out of curiosity, and I was greeted with a nice lady telling me about the store and how it supports multiple brands which I thought was cool. I was browsing and I just looked at some hats but I wasn't interested in them I just glanced at them and one of the ladies were trying to sell me a boat hat because they were trying to say my walmart Santa hat was like a boat hat, kinda made me feel weird, saying it would look cute on me and stuff. I'm all for recommendations but the comparison between my Santa hat and a boat hat that looked nothing similar just kinda made me feel bad like they were desperate to sell something. I continued looking and I saw this shirt on a mannequin that I realized I liked the front of but the back was a little too much and one of the store ladies came by telling me about the shirt that they happened to also be wearing but in a different color, and at first it was normal but then she was trying to say 'buy it' but I was trying to be nice and I just kinda sorta left. I went in there to look and overall I felt bombarded and I don't really fell comfortable going in there again.

Stepping into this store was SURREAL. The store is clean and easy to shop, they have so many different brands to build outfits to fit me (I'm short and kinda curvy so a lot of what I see in my size is tacky or lackluster) Crown Tower offers sizes for pretty much everyone and their selection is so vast, and the clothes are beautiful.When I stepped in, I was greeted immediately, and I was warmly offered help finding what I was looking for. We found the perfect dress for a party I was attending, and some really cute accessories (they have hats!!) to make an outfit I know I'm going to love for years to come! I have never been offered service like what I received. Melanie has such a great personality and she made me feel like I was in good hands the whole time. I even got to meet the owner, Brittany! Talking with her was such a wonderful experience, she made me feel welcome and valued as a patron.I also picked up a couple of gifts, too. They have a selection of soy candles that smell so good and are perfect for people hard to shop for. I also grabbed some pain-relieving drops for my pups and an anti-anxiety krispy! They have so many different brands in there that I knocked out multiple stops with just this one store.I cannot encourage you enough to stop into Crown Tower when you next visit Wolfchase Galleria, the experience is worth it!!!

The dress I ordered was absolutely amazing and very true to size. I ordered an extra-large and I am a 14-15 in size and if it perfectly. shipping was amazing and took less than three days to receive and I live all the way in Ohio. 5 stars ⭐️

Crown Tower Emporium is setting the bar for other business models to follow. Memphis has a special jewel with Crown Tower. This store offers unique and various items that you won’t find within a space. There’s something for everyone including children and a place where you can find food vendors as well. The prices are competitive with world renowned brands. Lastly, the customer service is impeccable. As soon as you walk in, there’s someone there to greet you and assist if needed. This place is the new level of shopping experience!
