I sent a box of this week's cookies to a good friend for her birthday from this location. Door Dash tracking was really off and the time kept updating and nothing was arriving so I had to call the store directly. Even though they were swamped, Ann was amazing! Helped me get in touch with Door Dash, tried to escalate things when Door Dash was no help and was very kind in the process. Door Dash made this experience pretty difficult, but the store had amazing customer service. Kuddos to them for making sure a bday girl could get her cookies!

They had a line that grew all the way out the door but they continued to focus only on mobile orders. Stood first in line for 30 minutes before I finally left. Ridiculous. Also, the lady kept scratching herself with the same gloves she was touching cookies with which is disgusting.

I got three cookies that were still raw in the middle! I drove from Raleigh Millington to East Memphis because my kids wanted to try them. I do not allow eating in my truck so when we got home and opened the box they looked DELICIOUS! Until we took our first couple of bites. My oldest tried to put his back in the oven at home and my little one was over it. He is a really sugar head so for him to turn down a chocolate chip cookie is bad. $13 for 3 raw center cookies!

Wasn't many options on the menu compared to what I seen on others review. Their is self checkout and order came really fast. Cute little place, you go in and come out, not a hang out spot.
