I called for a refill on Saturday afternoon, and when I went to pick it up on Tuesday I was told that it had not been processed yet. I was told to step down to the drop-off window to have her process it, and then wait on it. What is the use of calling in a refill? The staff was rude and didn’t care about her attitude, as she stood rolling her eyes. Needless to say, I left and transferred my prescriptions elsewhere. I hate it for those who aren’t able to go anywhere else. They have to continue to deal with substandard customer service.

In my opinion, I would like to see a more welcoming atmosphere and ask if I need help and then upon leaving if I found everything I was looking for and have a good day.

The pharmacy “lost” a prescription of mine. I received a text that it was filled, and went to pick it up and it was nowhere to be found. I waited for over an hour before they told me it was lost because “there are over 300 bins and our new employees are not trained” and “we understand this is upsetting, but this happens.” The prescription in question is a controlled substance, so I told them I would be reporting the loss to both the corporate office and the DEA. The pharmacist then stated they could call me back later in the afternoon, at which point she told me “we’ve searched through all the bins and just can’t find it.” The pharmacist on the phone refused to give me her name and said “call corporate if you’d like,” with no solution for rectifying the situation.
However, when I called the corporate office, the pharmacist gave the customer service rep completely conflicting information, stating that “they were still looking for the medicine.” I will never fill a prescription again at this location if I can help it and would advise you not to either if you value your privacy.

Billy is the rudest person I have ever encountered. I just called to speak to a manager and Billy answered the phone and told me to call back in 5 minutes, as I was asking the managers name he hung up on me. CVS please have a customer service class. I NEVER post anything bad, but today at CVS Union, it was unbelievable.

As many have stated this is the only CVS in the area. I wish deeply I didn’t have to pick up medication here. Pharmacy staff is rude and unprofessional.

These people are literally either thieves or complete and utter morons. Twice in three months the day shift has given me the wrong amount of medication (controlled substance FYI) and refused to correct it the 2nd time.
Go to Walgreens.

Clean and organized, but my pharmacy experience here has been awful. Unfortunately this is the only CVS in the downtown Memphis area. I needed my prescription changed from Walgreens to CVS, as my insurance only pays for it if it comes from CVS. I went in FOUR days ago, and they took all my information. They still have not transferred the prescription. I've talked to Walgreens, and they haven't even heard from CVS. What's worse is it's impossible to talk to someone from the pharmacy. The robot on the line hardly understands what you're saying, and EVERY single time you will be sent to voicemail. When they call back, it's a robot again. This is the worst CVS experience ive ever had

I made an appointment a week ago for the Covid and the RSV vaccines. I got a text less than two hours before telling me the COVID shot wasn’t covered by my insurance. I had to leave a voicemail because no one will answer the phone with my Medicare PPO information. When I arrived, I waited 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment time while they entered the information I had already provided on the phone. When the pharmacist finally called me into the room and asked how I was. I said late for my next appointment. She said it wasn’t their fault, and I said it was because they had the correct insurance information. She said she wasn’t comfortable giving me the shots and would cancel them through my insurance. By that time, I couldn’t wait to get out of there and told her I would be pulling all of my drugs. Now it’s several hours later, they’ve not cancelled the insurance claim so I can go someplace and they’re not cooperating with my mail order prescription company. I won’t ever set foot in a CVS store period and am trying to figure out which governmental agency to file a formal complaint with.
