Absolutely terrible and extremely rude. Never coming here again. Waited hours to just hear they didn’t have my prescription then they told me to leave the line. If you want your medication do not order here

Their customer service is the worst of any company I have ever tried to deal with. They could not answer my questions without a “store number” which is on the medicine label but in the tiniest print and unreadable. It is also partially unreadable because it is obliterated by the word pharmacy. Customer service is unable to look it up themselves. Is that stupid, or what? I would never recommend CVS.

Geoff was so helpful. He helped me find an item listed as in stock online but not yet stocked on the shelves. He really took the extra time and effort. I appreciate him so much!

I pulled up to the drive-thru to purchase Iburprofen. There is clearly a sign on the drive-thru that says there are certain medicines that are available to purchase. The woman that answered said she wouldn't sell it to me and that I had to come in to purchase. When I told her that there is a sign that says I can buy it in the drive thru, she made me wait. After over 5 minutes passed, I finally pressed the call button again since she had no intentions of coming back to help me. Another associate came over to help but couldn't ring me out. When the rude worker came back over, she didn't say one word, rang me out, put my medicine and receipts in the drawer and walked off. She did not return my CVS card. I'm sure she threw it away to make it difficult on me. I could tell she was just trying to wait and get me to leave. The only reason she checked me out is because the only other associate came to help me. Obviously, this is such a terrible experience. I understand that staff is tough to come by, but in a pharmacy, they have to comply by the company policy. Location: 3502 Park Ave, Memphis, TN 38111. This is the third time I have come to this CVS after 8am, and they are not open. Their sign states 8am opening, but I am currently sitting here now, and it’s 8:16, and they are still not open. I was wanting to get my toddler some Robitussin, and the Walgreens across the street is out of stock. This has happened too many times for me to NOT put in a review. This is ridiculous.

This location has very poor customer service and systems integration. I phoned in a prescription refill on Thursday which was only filled today (Wed.). I went in on Monday to pick up...could not find my order in the system, once located asked to wait an additional 20/30 minutes after current 15 minute wait...told that they could order generic for $50 less for next day pick up. Opted for this, not ready next day (Tues.)..on Wed picked up but $70 more than quoted on Monday. Response was...."this is what we have". Really!! Needless to say, my only recourse is to take my business elsewhere, unfortunately.

Who is the general manager of this CVS? Hire people who are professional. I shouldn’t have to walk to a register just to be denied service because your employee is on a personal phone call. Do better. And yes, I’m a black Karen. I called CVS corporate.

I called yesterday to check on a prescription that was sent in around 3 PM. It took me an hour and a half on hold to reach someone. Not to mention that someone picked up after 5mins of ringing, told the customer that they were helping "the phone has been ringing all day" and proceeded to taunt callers before intentionally hanging up on me without even greeting me. I called another time, waited 30 minutes to get anyone on the phone and you could hear someone pick up the phone and slam it back, hanging up again. I called again and this time, it took 50 minutes to get anyone on the line and I was told "we're busy, but we'll get to you". Mind you, I am completely out of medicine!!! I call this morning, "It's still in process and should be ready today but I cannot tell you when that will be"... like, that is not how you run a pharmacy! People depend on their medications! The level of incompetence at this location is baffling! I have NEVER experience such bad customer service here and I have been using this pharmacy for 3 years. Whoever you all recently hired, fire them.

Terrible experiences with this CVS. Good luck getting the pharmacy on the phone. I always have to wait at least 15 minutes on hold. Today, I was hung up on 3 times and spent over an hour total on hold. Some of the staff are nice, others are rude and impatient. I've been overcharged multiple times when they hadn't found my coupon. I've been given the wrong person's prescription before. Go to the one on Union - I haven't had any issues there.

Staff and manager are all very nice and pleasant. Customer service is everything, and they genuinely bring it!
