Useless. I called Monday, came on Wednesday, waited 25 minutes behind 1 person just to be told they put my prescription back in stock and couldn't fill for me today, useless

I found myself in a different state when it was time to refill my medicines. I noticed the CVS in Target and decided to ask if i could transfer my refills , and within 20 minutes I had them in my hands. The pharmacy technician took care of everything ! Thank you .

This is one of the best CVS pharmacy I have ever visited. Dr Marian is very knowledgeable, attentive and caring. She is always looking at ways to save money for her customers. No matter how busy she’s I feel valuable as a customer.

The pharmacist and team member were so friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this location to everyone who enjoys good customer service. The pharmacist actually took time out to explain to me how my medication may interact.

Manager was 10 minutes late and after goofing around for 5 minutes I asked when they would open (I had to make a flight). She told me they opened at 11 (it was 11:15). When I said it was 11:15 she said she was the manager and I could report her to corporate. I was not rude or aggressive. I am no longer a CVS customer. The service there has always been slow, now I understand with a manager like that.

My 5 star CVS on Germantown Road was out of the prescription I needed so I came here. Never again! This store was unfriendly and not helpful at all. I even called before going to make sure they had my prescription. I guess I’ll just have to find another CVS store and hope that it’s better than this one!

If your going to allow customers to schedule appointments an noon then be open at noon. Your in-store hours are posted as 11-5. Your break is posted as 1:30 - 2.

Because they keep putting my prescription on hold and not releasing after I have already ran out. Today I have 1 ready for pickup, but 3 on hold. why??? this is not the first time this has happened. I need my meds. I tried of them telling me when I need them. I'm out of the 3 on hold...why?
