The people at CVS on Winchester need to take some more training in customer service. The lady Tasheria was rude. I go inside to complain about her rudeness and ask for the manager. The manager, Isaiah, asked me did I need a shot after l explained to him the rudeness of the employee. He said it seem like I was having a bad day. I explained to him no, I’m just trying to tell you about the employee needs some customer training.. Now I know he needs some customer service training too.. Just saying…, I’m still having a great day!!🙌🏼🙌🏼🥳🎵🎶👏🏼👏🏼

I am very pleased with online order and free pickup service provided by CVS.The best part is that, there is no minimum purchase requirement which is truly convenient. I will definitely recommend my friends to use cvs app for online ordering and get the best pickup service. Thank you!

Hate. Hate. Hate. They are rude in person, on the phone and in the drive thru. Always in a rush and never want to use more than 2 words to speak to you. Genuinely suck.

This pharmacy has gone downhill the parking lot got trash everywhere you fill your prescriptions in the morning there not ready till till it's damn near closing time you can't talk to the pharmacist they make you leave a message but when you go in they all standing around looking lost.Walgreens and Kroger will call you 30 minutes after you fill your script and say it's ready.im done after this month!

Why don't they do something about this pharmacy. The techs are always slow and rude. My husband sat at the window 15 minutes waiting to pickup my prescription for the tech to finally come to the window and tell.him he had to come on the inside. A sign on the window would've been the professional thing to do. Always something with them. I can always depend on there to be an issue with CVS. I have transferred some of my prescriptions to Sam's I need transfer the rest. I've continued to go to cvs because of the drive thru and Sam's doesn't have drive thru but the customer service is so very much better!

I visited CVS to have my prescription transfered from Walgreens to them. It was very busy, the pharmacist said it was 10 customer's in ahead of me, so it was be ready later that night or tomorrow, I should receive a text when it is ready for pickup. I received a text today around 11:00 A.M. I went by to pick it up, Daniel who waited on me was very friendly and professional. There were two things that I noticed that needed some attention, one was the parking lot it had trash all over it and this is how it normally looks, they need to do a better job keeping it clean. The second one was the store is never fully stocked, I don't know why but it's never fully stocked. Other than that this was a great visit

The worst pharmacy on the planet. If there is a little hut in Indonesia, you would be better off going there.
My insurance requires that I go to a selection of pharmacies. CVS is one of those on the list. I've reluctantly been going there for a year, and EVERY time I've been there, they've managed to overcharge me, give me the wrong dosage, the wrong days supply, or the wrong equipment.
They ALWAYS tell you its the Doctors fault. ALWAYS AND EVERYTIME, but it has never been the Doctors fault.
This place is the king of incompetent.
If you live in or around Memphis, avoid this CVS pharmacy on Winchester Road.
They have a one-star rating, and they have earned it.

The pharmacy manager Isaiah, does not know how to run his pharmacy and his techs pay for his poor management and attitude. I’ve witnessed him undermine one of his former employees and wave them off all together. This cvs is just piss poor in general. Not enough staff and not enough patience. Wouldn’t be surprised if the shut it down. Then again, that wouldn’t be the worst idea.

I can’t thank this pharmacy staff enough! I made an error today picking up a medication at my (different) CVS in which the pharmacist and tech were incredibly rude and dismissive towards me and would not walk away from their computers to help me.. the Winchester staff helped me navigate how to fix my error and fill the medication I meant to pick up. I had to call this location multiple times in which both male and female employees I talked to were incredibly kind, understanding, AND helpful. I also had to leave a voicemail in which they returned my call within 20 minutes which really shocked me. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

This place has really changed a lot, I have always gone to get my medicines here, but the so-called doctor at the pharmacy makes me wait up to two hours to give me the medicines and acts as if he doesn't understand when I tell him my name, I understand that my English is not perfect, but I show him my cell phone and he doesn't understand either, the first time it happened he decided to ignore it, today I went with a person who speaks English to help me, but as soon as the man saw my ID he told my boyfriend that we had to wait longer

Pharmacy picked up the phone right away and was very helpful unlike Walgreens. Great customer experience which is very hard to find these days.

-☆ Would be my official rating.They have 2 compotent, professional employees. The manager on days and the actual pharmacist at night.I've been given the wrong medication, the wrong dosage medication 3 times, and 6 days of medication, but it was entered in as month's supply. I was told they couldn't change it by the weekend pharmacist, and because of that, I had no refills left, so I would have to call the doctor and get another script. I had 2 refills left.I was outright lied to 3 times.The ladies there are rude and condescending. I was told, " If you keep getting the wrong medication, you need to check it before you leave the drive thru." Seriously?With all negative reviews, I'm going to look for another pharmacy.
