I was smoking a cigarette in my own car. The pharmacist or tech told me that it was illegal for me to smoke in my car at the drive through. She was so condescending. I was puzzled because she was 50lbs overweight. Before you act like stuck up about smoking…….understand being overweight is also a public health crisis. Please be perfect before you speak on my imperfections. What a clown with a clipboard. What a joke.

I am normally greeted when I enter the store! If I ask for assistance I get it! I think your self check out is a bit confusing but I can always get great help when I use self check out! I LOVE the discounts you give! They are a great savings for us on Social Security! Your Pharmacy staffing is good since Taylor, the manager is gone! She was hateful and mean! I am glad I switched from Walgreens to CVS..and is more convenient for me!!!

I do not give this store less because I can’t. Honestly the customer service at the pharmacy is terrible. I had to come two times for the same refill and the second time they told me to wait 30 minutes. Also the demeanor of “EDWIN” was too much. No winder CVS is in decline. I will pick my Meds from a different store. Look at the empty parking lot

They forgot one of my prescriptions, so I had to call back. Their phone microphone volume is so low you can’t even hear them. Then they will hang up on you.

I have edited this review because the lady in the photo department personally called me to explain what happened with my order. I appreciate her taking the time to call me to explain and correct the issue that I had with my banner. I have changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars.
I ordered a banner from this location several days ago. I live an hour and a half away and I devoted my whole day to drive to Cordova to pick up my banner and they didn't even have the material in the store to make a banner. Horrible customer service and I will never use a CVS again.

Staffing needs to be increased along with more customer service oriented staff. I understand some products have to be locked up now but please ensure that you have enough keys, on hand if one is in use so a customer doesn’t have to wait or consider another item.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Came in to use the bathroom and got discriminated because of how old me and my friends looked. We were looking at hats before she asked us “If you aren’t going to buy anything you need to GET OUT” she also mumbled thing under her breath and called security on us as we’re leaving all we had to do was use the bathroom, But she thought we were stealing also on the intercom after she told us leave it said “check all security cameras” and as I was going to the bathroom with my friend she said “ I don’t know why yall have to go in there it’s just one stall” and watched us the whole time so obviously. she was a middle aged poc woman with a short hair cut and apple shaped figure highly rude and miserable, do not go here unless you want to be discriminated or have security call on you for emptying your bladder.

I was the only customer store in the store and only brought ONE item. Instead of just checking me out the old fashioned way. The lazy cashier asks me if I’m using cash or card then points me to the self-checkout machine. The self-check out machine said closed on the screen. She then tells another employee to unlock the machine and I’m just standing there for a couple minutes waiting for the machine to reboot. This is the word we live in now. Ridiculous.

Taylor 1 and Taylor 2 were both amazing. Treated me very kindly and made me feel so much better after my first encounter with a man who was conpletely rude to me and denied me the syringes I am prescribed to take my PRESCRIPTION
medication. The first time I went I had a terrible experience with someone I believe is named Eric (spelling may be off) he was the rudest pharmacist I've ever encountered and made me dread coming in for my medication, he was also rude to my Dr who called to try to see why he kept denying my medication. Not once but twice and they had what i needed the whole time. I went back and was greeted extremely kindly by both Taylor's that work there. They made my next experience much better and gave me what my Dr prescribed me with absolutely no issue. The pharmacist I encountered first should be fired for the way he talks to customers and makes them feel. Very unprofessional.

In-store interactions have been fine. The pharmacy associate was very professional and helpful when I picked up 3 prescriptions last week - these were processed expeditiously. I'm expecting 3 prescriptions and 1 of them has been "in process" for hours. The automated phone system is unbearable and after waiting for the 35 minutes, I still haven't spoken to a pharmacy associate. There is just no way.

Late night clerk is has horrible customer service. Assumes everyone that walks in is a suspect or thief and she treats them as such. I just tried to return an item but it was past the time they do returns and tried to get a plastic bag to put my item into so i can continue to look in the store. ( I threw away my og bag the night before because i thought i was going to keep the item) she literally snatched the bag back and said its policy that they do not give out bags unless a purchase was made and that i should have had the bag from when i made the purchase…its a plastic bag??♀️ the night before when i made the purchases she followed me around scanning anything the could near where i was shopping i dont know how many time she asked me if i needed help or figure out some way to come get in my way n in my business. Like please just let me shop in peace! Anyways i really dislike and they way i was treated, i dont have enough room or time to tell you the rest. The only reason i like cvs is because all the good coupons.

I pay monthly for the benefit of delivery for Rxs.Completed the set up - all worked fine… until it didnt. Thats been a while now - idk what is so complicated - call or go to drive up- no help! CVS caremark doesnt communicate with CVS- how confusing is that!?30 years/ different states - customer - frustrated (& sad to say)

The RUDEST person at the pharmacy register. I couldn’t even get out my request after she ASKED if she could help me before she said “give her one second” not once but twice. Not a smile just RUDE! When you’re sick that is NOT what you want to deal with. I threw my stuff on the counter and left. CVS is complete trash. 6450pm, 1/8/24
