In-store interactions have been fine. The pharmacy associate was very professional and helpful when I picked up 3 prescriptions last week - these were processed expeditiously. I'm expecting 3 prescriptions and 1 of them has been "in process" for hours. The automated phone system is unbearable and after waiting for the 35 minutes, I still haven't spoken to a pharmacy associate. There is just no way.

Late night clerk is has horrible customer service. Assumes everyone that walks in is a suspect or thief and she treats them as such. I just tried to return an item but it was past the time they do returns and tried to get a plastic bag to put my item into so i can continue to look in the store. ( I threw away my og bag the night before because i thought i was going to keep the item) she literally snatched the bag back and said its policy that they do not give out bags unless a purchase was made and that i should have had the bag from when i made the purchase…its a plastic bag??♀️ the night before when i made the purchases she followed me around scanning anything the could near where i was shopping i dont know how many time she asked me if i needed help or figure out some way to come get in my way n in my business. Like please just let me shop in peace! Anyways i really dislike and they way i was treated, i dont have enough room or time to tell you the rest. The only reason i like cvs is because all the good coupons.

I pay monthly for the benefit of delivery for Rxs.Completed the set up - all worked fine… until it didnt. Thats been a while now - idk what is so complicated - call or go to drive up- no help! CVS caremark doesnt communicate with CVS- how confusing is that!?30 years/ different states - customer - frustrated (& sad to say)

The RUDEST person at the pharmacy register. I couldn’t even get out my request after she ASKED if she could help me before she said “give her one second” not once but twice. Not a smile just RUDE! When you’re sick that is NOT what you want to deal with. I threw my stuff on the counter and left. CVS is complete trash. 6450pm, 1/8/24

The manger Elaine attitude is very nasty! I will never step foot in there again. The cashier was nice and can only imagine the way she acts with employee.

Very cool and kind pharmacists! Moved here from another state and had difficulty getting my medication transferred at a different location. Came in and they had it in stock & on hand for me. They were very friendly and helpful- definitely making this my pharmacy for the foreseeable future!

I have been getting my parents and my wife's prescriptions from this location for years. I have to say we all have noticed a shift in the way this pharmacy has been operated lately and we appreciate it. I am not one to write a review, like ever, but reading through these negative reviews I felt obligated to do so. My parents are middle eastern and my wife is African American. Not one single time anyone in that pharmacy treated us with anything less than respect and compassion. The racist comments are absolutely a copout and quite frankly rhetoric and disgusted approach. There have been one attempt in particular of which Ive personally witnessed a customer flipped her $$$$ and literally threatened everyone behind the counter (complete craziness) staff handled her with a lot more grace than I would. Crazy what people will do for their narcotics, I was that guy years ago.

If I could give a Zero I would. My experience includes very long hold times on the phone, frequently out of medications I need even though they should know when to restock based on upcoming refile dates and refiles can take hours or even next day (sometimes). Very simply, they are very under staffed for the volume of customers they have. I have called their Corporate office about staffing at least twice and nothing is done. So, if you enjoy being on hold and frequently not having the medications you need available for you, this store is for you. In addition, the cashers at the front of the store will generally point you to go to the self service checkout and do it yourself.

I took my prescriptions in this morning at 9:30, and was told they would be ready in a few hours only to call back at 2:45 to I guess this person was a pharmacist but I hope it was soooo freaking rude over the phone. He sounded like one of them foreigners I will never go to this location ever again!!! I only went because it was convenient to work. We need to STOP keeping these locations in business by spending our money there!!!! HORRIBLE with these foreigners that think it ok to disrespect others!!!!!!

I’m normally very hesitant to have our prescriptions filled with CVS due to past encounters but our local pharmacy was closed. I didn’t catch her name but the blonde staff member in the pharmacy drive-thru this morning was super sweet & helpful! We were pleasantly surprised.

Every time I call them it takes 30 minutes at least for someone to pickup the phone and they are even more rude in person and I plan to either switch pharmacies or insurance because the service in person, telephone, and online all suck. I have to wait more than a week for my daily medication and there weren't any other locations that provided my medication and they were rude in their explanation and just kicked us out without any manners I can understand that supply chain issues but does not excuse the rude manner I was treated.

I requested online that my prescriptions all be transferred from Walgreens to CVS on Germantown Parkway. I waited two days then I went to the store about 10pm because it said 24hours. A woman was in the drive thru a Caucasian young lady with a college of pharmacy sweatshirt on. She said my online request didn't take so she took all the information again. She then yok my phone number and said she would call me when it was done. Its been 4 days no call nothing. I checked online no prescriptions are listed. Such a lazy liar.

WORST EMPLOYEES EVER--especially pharmacy. I hate I have to get my meds there now. I'm going to transfer to another cvs location and see what happens. the fool I talked to today omggggg somebody gon slap the s*** outta him if he talks to everybody the way he talked to me. he needs to go back to his native country. people in Memphis have gotten shot for less. KARMA is how I spell it
