Absolutely ridiculous. Scheduled an appointment to wait two hours for minimal information and to not be seen or have results for testing. Do NOT visit the Minute Clinic. It was communicated that the physician was behind. And she wasn't even there.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CVS! No cashiers up front want to work. They all have attitudes as if you hired them. I went in to return an item & it took entirely too long because 1 manager was going home, 1 manager had a nasty attitude who "wasn't supposed to be on the register" & the other worker was "new & didn't know how to do that". This location needs to fire ALL the cashiers & try again. The best thing about this location is the minute-clinic

Why did I show up at 10pm to a locked door and the staff leaving out telling me they closed. No reason just closed with a lot stuttering over words and gesturing to closing manager saying “well he the manager I’m just the associate.” I raced over to this location because knew it closed at midnight and everything else was closed. It’s the deer in headlights look of confusing they gave me after saying twice “google reads you all close at 12am.”

Person on staff helped, but I wasted time driving here to get a child size BP cuff because their website showed they have them in stock at this store. They did not.

I called the store to verify if they had an item to avoid making a blank trip and not feeling too well. I was quickly told they did NOT have the item. I asked Linda if she could check because the item shows available online. She again quickly stated she knew they did NOT have the item. My discernment led me to drive that way anyways. I walked directly to the item and self-checked out. I informed Linda that she indeed had the item I had just called about. She apologized with "oh I thought we were out." More reason I asked her to double check. I understand short-staffed or a really busy store. She was standing in the center aisle doing absolutely nothing with the phone in hand. Employees wonder why they can't get higher pay... ma'am you send the business elsewhere. Linda's customer service and integrity was poor today.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I made the foolish mistake of asking medications to be filled at this pharmacy that I really need and it has been a full day since those meds were filled and I’ve received no communication whatsoever about them being ready. Additionally, I tried calling the pharmacy 5 times about them and apparently nobody answers the phone back there or they pick up the phone and hang it up again. I’ve been in healthcare for half my life and also am no stranger to filling scripts at pharmacies and this experience has been absolutely horrendous. I just called the practitioner I saw to have my meds moved somewhere else that will actually fill my meds in a timely manner.Oh and it gets worse. Since I’ve been getting flat out ignored trying to call this place, I decided last night to try to go in person and ask the pharmacy was was going on and I don’t know if they’re the only one working there or something but there was a sign on the door that said “be right back”. The employee opened the door walking someone out, looked at us and said “it’ll be just a minute”, closed the door and just never came back. The store was due to be open another 4 hours… and the pharmacy was going to close in 30 minutes at that point.I’m pretty empathetic and being in healthcare myself and it being a form of customer service, I know how hard it is to be understaffed and probably underpaid… but this is inappropriate all around… I feel for anyone who really need their medications and chooses this pharmacy because you’re going to get ghosted.

Always have to wait for your meds at least an hour or so. They send a text that it is ready for pickup but never is! It's getting worse and worse. Watch your count also

The pharmacy is horrible. They never answer the phone, they leave refills pending for days, and they get prescriptions wrong. There’s usually 6-8 people “working”, but no one seems to be doing anything. I’m going back to Walgreens.

This is the worst pharmacy on the planet. Everyone in there is so rude and so unhelpful. I will never go there again. They seem annoyed to even have to acknowledge your presence let alone help you when they do.

I switched from CVS to Walgreens years ago, and it was the greatest move I made. The several times I have been to this CVS, the wait times are insanely long. They’ll tell you “10-20 minutes,” but it always takes 45+ minutes for anything to get done. I waited for a flu shot for over an hour and a half before they let me know that my insurance didn’t pay for it and I would have to pay out of pocket. I shifted away from CVS for similar reasons, but this particular location adds another level to bad CVS’s
