Horrible customer service. I was having a great shopping experience when the “store manager” just walk up to me no excuse me or any type of manners. I had my 1 year with me. She starts tell me that I need to tell my child to sit down. I was very calm with her tell her that she doesn’t understand yet. She proceeds to tell me that I have to buckle my child. I also tell her that my child is not comfortable with being buckle with shopping carts. After she tells me that I kept cutting her off. Not true. I never cut her off. I listened first to what she had to say. Then I responded back. I walked off to proceed my shopping. I just wanted to find some clothes. After like two minutes passed by, she comes back to say , “You’re not going to do what” and that you’re will not be able to check out. I told her I will not buckle my child because she’s not comfortable. I will not make my child uncomfortable. I would’ve taken responsibility if anything happens to my child. I walk away to continue shopping. She goes back to the front and tells her coworkers I guess what happened. I kind of sensed that I was being watched like a criminal. Security was walking around where I was and she was “putting clothes away.” I called my husband so that he could check out my clothes instead and I left the store and took my child to the car.

GREAT place to shop if you’re looking for deals or just frugal like me. A lot of times, this location doesn’t have a lot of things in stock due to a lack of workers who can’t put out new stock. I would love to shop here every week but I can’t due to the limited availability of items at the store.
