The selection of items in that store is trash. Also, I can't understand how they have security to check the receipt and bag you walked 3 feet from the cashier with like he didn't just watch the whole transaction. That is sure to stop me from coming there again.

Great place to shop for action figures clothes home goods accessories and more its ross baby sister shopping store everything ross has they have sometimes a little bit cheaper then ross too .i had a part time job at this store a few years ago it was fun to work for and the employee discount was cool but they would not bump me up to full time as no ross will hire me as a full time management position even though id do a great job as one

I asked associate by the name of Cat could they open the restroom up for my grandmother? She told me,”no”. I told her that we had already been standing back there and my 83 year old grandmother couldn’t hold it. She didn’t told me if she can’t hold it walk her down to let Junior. which is way further than the restroom we were already standing in front of. I thought this response was so cruel. The crazy part about it is, once I asked for corporate number. They immediately call someone to open the bathroom. Why couldn’t this happen at first? I asked the manager for her name and she told me she couldn’t tell me the associates name, although they were displayed on their shirts. I just didn’t want to approach her after that and escalate the situation.

I wasn't aware of the merchandise in the store. It was Christmas time and very busy. My cousin found everything he was looking for. I only wished that I had extra cash to go shopping. I'm not from that area. The selections were very nice and affordable. The check out lanes were swift. I wasn't in line that long.

Their store on Park Ave could stand cleaning up. You cannt find anything, so much trash, boxes, etc.
