Was aided by a helpful woman who I believe her name was Laurytha? Apologies, but she was extremely helpful in my process of trying to ship some gifts to a friend in Switzerland. She and the supervisor went above and beyond to assist me in a timely manner and aiding me in the process. Happy to have made the drive out to get her and the staff's help. :)

I would give 0 stars if I could!!!!!! Do not ship anything with them AT ALL. I’ve had a package sitting on hold for 3 days with no explanation as to why! I have tried reaching out to them they lied each time I called saying that it will go out the next day. The next day comes the status is updated to on hold AGAIN!!!! Use someone else to ship or receive packages DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

This is the best place to send your important document overseas. FedEx failed me so I drove 45 minutes to this location. Ms. Carr was very helpful and went through the process with me making sure that everything was correct and done well. Thank you so much for a wonderful service! My package arrived three days early.

I wasn’t home when my package was delivered. I received a phone call stating the reason my package was not left and the next steps to retrieve my package. I was told to stop by the DHL warehouse where I could pick it up and provided an estimated time for pick up. Once I received the address, I headed over and met two other extraordinary people. They collected my information and went to get my package in under five minutes. I wish the USPS was as courteous and efficient as DHL. Highlight of my difficult day.
