  My stars went down due to change in lack of services. I came by to get air in my tire and sat there for over 20 mins. They seemed busy, but had time to stop and talk to a new customer arriving 10 mins after I pulled up 😏. I assumed there would be a person designated for that area, but no one said, a word. It was quite rude and a waste of my time. I have things planned and sitting at a business that is supposed to be quick service and professional wasn't met today.

  This shop has always done right by me. Fair prices and exceptionally fast service. They installed 4 wheels 4 tires and swapped tpms sensors on my wife’s vehicle in about 30min, maybe less.
  
  Only reason I’m giving 4/5 is because they don’t do alignments. It’s insane to me that a tire shop doesn’t have an alignment machine. The number one cause of tire wear is bc of a bad alignment… why wouldn’t you also offer that service?

  If you by chance have no choice but to go here please ask for Chris! He’s the only one that actually helped me and he’s the only reason why I’m giving 3 stars. I went in because my back passenger tire was not holding air anymore.. The young man that came out and looked at my tire told me that he would have to order the tires (I ended up getting 2 brand new back tires) but they would be in that day. He said that it was dangerous for me to drive on the tires (they are run flat) but he allowed me to leave with no problem. I call at 3:30 and they say the tires weren’t there yet, but they would call as soon as they made it in. The store closed and no one called back and I later saw that I got an email 1 hour before close saying my order was delivered..
  
  I had put air in my tire to try to make it back to discount the next morning and my tire popped so I had to get my car towed there instead.
  
  When I got there my car was parked in a space I got my key and started my car to see the tire pressure light was still on. I pulled it around to the free air where I told Chris what happened.. he pulled me into the bay and took the tire off and he is the one that told me that my rim was cracked..
  
  Is the staff not trained to diagnose tire and rim problems? Was the crack not noted to discuss with me at check out? They gave me my keys and sent me on my way.

  Stood in line for 20+ minutes didn’t even get to talk to anyone because I got tired of waiting , service writers are more worried about selling stuff than actually getting anything done. Went right down the road to express and was taken care of the second I got there.

  Worst customer service I have ever had at a tire shop. Waited for 2 hours and still didn’t get anything taken care of then I had 50 dollars charge on my ticket for things I didn’t even ask for.

  They don’t know what they doing , besides trying to sell wheels with the tires. We waited for 2 hrs for them to tell us that the size THEY measured WAS THE WRONG size. And could not accommodate my wheels. They did tried to sale me wheels like three times. Why I can’t put the tires I want on my own car ????
