I asked for a fill and they started cutting my nails telling me that my nails that I had on previously where lifting when they WERE NOT. Never going there ever again. Still had to pay them $10.

I have been coming to this nail shop for over 5+ years! Trish has always been so awesome & very patient, the staff here is very friendly & they do great work! 10/10 recommend!! :)

Made an appointment online via their website for Sunday at 11:00am and got a text message with confirmation. Arrived at the salon to discover they don’t open until 12:00pm.
Their front door was unlocked, so we tried to clear up the confusion only to be greeted at the door by a woman who very aggressively asked us if we had an appointment. We said yes, we made an appointment online. She replied “we don’t take appointments online” “we don’t follow that” and told us to come back in an hour.
If this is how rudely you greet new customers over a simple mistake, then I won’t be spending my money there.

I was a regular a few years ago. I stopped going because a nail tech cut my toe really bad and I went elsewhere. Well, Friday I left work early and since I was in the area I decided to try them out again. I am so happy I did.
Annie was amazing. She was really kind. It got really busy after I sat down and she had to go to another station for a few minutes. She quickly apologized but I understood. Everything from the pedicure to the manicure was great. I wanted a particular design and I told her it didn't need to be perfect. She did it exactly like the picture anyway. I will definitely come back after this experience.

These cost $85. I didn't get a manicure I just got my nails done only. I've never been to a nail shop that charged so much for something so basic. I didn't even get what I initially wanted and I was okay with that until she told me how much these cost me AFTERWARDS. The prices on the wall say one thing but when she got done it was $85!!! Really? Everything in the receipt was charged separately. PLUS my nails are 2 different shapes. I didn't realize that until I got home Then wanted a tip...😒 The tip should've been included in all the separate charges they added. I'm definitely a tipper but not for this. I will not be going back

They are always able to get me in quickly even without an appointment. I’ve had various nail technicians without any issues (some are obviously better than others). The only issue has been in trying to book an appointment with a specific person using their website, it doesn’t connect to their internal systems so I didn’t end up getting the person I wanted that day. I hope they will resolve this issue in the future!

The place is a little chaotic and messy. It felt like a chain and not a nail spa that prides itself. My pedi nail tech was decent but worked way too fast in cutting my cuticles (and it hurt which is NOT normal); I assume wanting to get me out of there. I think turnover is more important to them than care, attention, detail and good customer service. I like when a person/place takes the time and especially care to sensitive spots. Will continue to look for my go to nail place.
