Well, its a new year and y'all are doing a much better job. Thanks. Is it just me living in the Berclair area that is seeing all these shopping baskets on the streets and sidewalks, also other store parking lots? There is 2 or 3 in front and on 536 Berclair Rd. Yellow Dollar General Baskets. Somebody better come get those and drive the hood looking for more. The Police don't have time to worry about shopping baskets.To some they are nothing more than scrap metal. And by the way. Dollar General has to pay 200-300 dollars per basket. They require a lot of work to make. Try getting out into traffic with a shopping basket blocking your view. sincerely, thanks for any help with the issue.

I come in every now and then to get random things when I need them since it's around the corner. I was told by an employee not to come back today?? I walked in at about 2:35 pm today with hair dye processing trying to buy more of the specific brand. I had my empty bottle that I had bought from walgreens in my hand to cross reference in case I forgot which one to get, I looked for maybe 5-10 seconds and they didn't carry that brand at all so I rushed out (Trying not to overdevelop the areas that already had dye on them). I understand I was in a rush and I literally tried to say that they don't have what I need to a worker when I was walking out. I guess I was quiet or something but she just yelled over me "don't come back". I'm not tryna act entitled or anything but I go there kinda frequently and now I feel like I'll get kicked out and they'll refuse to run the cameras back and jump straight to calling the police if I come in to shop.

Customer service is terrible, the store gets robbed so much it's ridiculous. They don't go by policy for anything. They basically make up their own rules. Managers are rude and oblivious. Cashiers are underappreciated. Stock is always on the floor. Doors often open late and close early. I will no longer be a customer of any Dollar General.

Two days in a row I've come to this location in two days in a row. The key holder was not here. Employees were waiting in the parking lot to be let in yesterday. The key holder didn't arrive until 12 noon today. It's 840 and there's a delivery truck out here with three guys waiting and nobody is at the store 45 minutes after opening time to let them in.

They are either closing early or not open on time. I pulled up 10 minutes past the opening time and they were closed. Two employees were standing out front smoking ? but the security gate was still closed and you couldn't go in. I'm guessing they were waiting on the manager to open the door. It's a mess. The employees are a mess. Come on DG on summer, get it together so we can buy your clover valley goodness. Goodness.
