This location randomly closes before it’s supposed to. This is the second time that I’ve gone when it’s supposed to be open and it’s close. I’m not talking just about to close. I’m talking 3-4 hours before it supposed to close.

I guess the hours need to be updated. Can't see why they always close super early. Not even 6pm on a FRIDAY, and they are closed. If you can't manage to stay open, move and let a business that can come into the neighborhood. Bad enough the store is messy and cluttered with stock all the time. The way they close early, stock should always be done timely. It won't be because they are always engaged in personal drama and talking about inappropriate things while customers are in the store. They don't know how to stop or have decency to not use profanity when kids are in the store.

They are never open! Doesn't matter if it's 10 am or 5 pm, the doors are more often than not closed. They have a good selection....if you're lucky enough to actually go when they decide to have the doors unlocked

It's a hit or miss here. At least they are tryingUpdate:Went in there today 9/6/23.This place is so hot. It's a shame that this big company can't afford or care to fix their ac system. The employees should not have to be forced to work in such deplorable environment, especially in this heat. The should close this location until the ac is fixed. I was only in there for a couple minutes and I felt like I was going to pass out from the heat in the store. I can't imagine how the employees feel working under those conditions. For this company to be raking in billions in revenue this should not be allowed or tolerated.

It’s 8:44pm and they are closed. The doors won’t open. Maybe short staffed…at least, put a sign up letting customers know.

I just left this Dollar General store and the most amazing thing just happened to me!! I was looking for cocktail sauce but couldn't find any. I ask the cashier Abby if they sold any and with her line wrapped at least 7 people deep, she kindly excused herself from her register and guided me to the area where the cocktail sauce would have been located at, but they were out. Never in a million years was I expecting that kind of service!! Kudos to you ABBY for kindly taking care of ALL of your customers!! By the way, there was also another cashier still ringing of people in her absence!!

Got in and out in no time. I needed help finding something and the employee was more than helpful making sure I found it and if I needed anything else. Not like any other Dollar General I've been to before.

So I came into the store last night Nov 11th 2021 to grab a few things. I ended up going by the Christmas aisle and saw there was a 3 snowman set that was clearly marked with a sign that said 50% off. So I grabbed it. Finished shopping and at the register the item did not ring up the discounted price. So the young lady walked over to the area to check and came back after a few minutes. She came back up to the register and said we just got those in and it was stocked wrong. I said ok so are you honoring the mistake? She said no, so of course I left my entire order. Called this morning to speak with the “store manager”, who refuses to honor the price. I’ve worked in retail fir many years and the fact that the cashier fixed the mistake, should have been a sign that someone on your team didn’t stock the item correctly! This location is closest to my home however I not my family will patronize this location again! And of course I will be contacting corporate office just on the principal!
