The manager Lorrie is rude and unprofessional as the one at this Dollar Store. On two separate occasions, I approached her with issues that were part of her responsibilities as a manager, and both times, she acted like helping me was beneath her. She was dismissive, unkind, and downright disrespectful, going so far as to shove me off onto employees who weren’t equipped to help. Her attitude was so nasty that it left me wondering why someone like this is even allowed to work in customer service, let alone lead a team. If you hate your job that much, maybe it’s time to find something else.

This store needs to be organized by better management or it needs to close. It’s always one person at the cashier l. The A/C has not worked in months. There’s people walking around but never go assist the person stuff on the register. Toooo much clutter. Like tooo much. It’s so chaotic in there.

Absolute trash everything is a joke can barely get anyone to the register when needed...they wait until 15 or more people are in the line before they open both registers...why? Then credit card machines go down nobody knows how to fix it...why is this place not ran better?
