Please change the online store hours. Yall dont ever be open CLOSE to closing time. Yall close a whole hour and sometimes an hour and a half early. The hour should say close at 7 or 7:30, not 9. Thanks

I reeeeeally don't like this Dollar Tree! It's in Frayser and while I understand why they do what they do (don't allow you to take your purse in the store) it's degrading! Everyone that goes into the store aren't thieves but you're treated as one. Worst Dollar Tree in the country!

The staff is very unprofessional. Rules only apply to certain customers. They curse and play obnoxious music while customers are in the store. I haven't seen the store clean without u-boats and boxes everywhere. All stores are subject to theft, but if a person has never stolen anything from your store please don't treat them as a thief and be respectful.

The store was crowded as always, no one greeted us when we entered the store. Nothing was put up on the shelves every thing was all out of place. I was leaning on a basket waiting on my daughter to get finish shopping. When one of the managers of the store came up to me Gary is his name and told me I was looking at him wrong. And told me he could refuse my service in the store. I wasn't even buying anything. Just waiting on my daughter. I would love to talk to someone in cooperate if I could. Please and thank you..

They had everything i needed yet. The girls had such a bad attitude I wonder do they honor customer service or just a warm body at the register. Women lady walked by us twice then went and grabbed a select few from the lane to ring up and told anyone that got in her line she was closed after them then proceeded to walk away while at least 40 to 50 of us where still in the line

Checked opening hours before I came here. Posted on Google as open until 10pm on Saturday. I pulled into the parking lot at 8.45pm. Doors locked and no one in there is answering the phone. Even worse, the same hours are also posted in their front door. Wasted trip.

The worst dollar tree store. You can't find items, it's a mess, unorganized , the parking lot is not clean trash all over the lot .

This used to be one of the cleanest and most stocked Dollar Tree in this area or near, I used to come from Bartlett to shop here because they always had newer items. Now since the old staff is no longer here the store is never stocked, trash everywhere, and looks a mess inside and out. The new workers/ manager got this store going down bad.
