I was really impressed with this E Parkway S location. Very clean and well organized. Staff were very friendly. The parking wasn't great but not a deal breaker. I will 100% choose this location over the other DTs in the midtown ish area.

I visited the store on Perkins at Knight Arnold.ar apparently 3:45 p.m. The automatic door was not operating properly but several customers were just standing in front of the doo trying to get in. A female with a blond weave ( I think she was the manager) came out and started fussing at the customers that finally got in and made a statement that "I bet they won"t get waited on"! I thought that her actions and statement was very disrespectful to the customers. All she needed to do was put up a sign saying
"We're CLOSED" or "Please visit us at another time or visit one of our other locations". Her UNPROFES$IONALISM led us to insult paying customers rather than do what was right! People like her should not be dealing directly with the Public without PROPER TRAINING. She DID NOT represent THE DOLLAR TREE organization well and made your organization look EXTREMELY BAD!!

I think I've been to this location 2 times and drove by it 5 times. DT, that parking lot is full of garbage in various areas, the can up front is over flowing and your employees need help. The aisles are full of product that can't be put up because you don't have enough help. It's not the employees fault. The garbage has been wind blown into the loading ramp and the corners of the lot and it STINKS even in the outside air. If you can't get it together, then close. I also had a hooker to ask me for a ride to her car 1 block away at the gas station. Visit your stores, especially this one. It's blight at this point and it has been since covid but getting worse.

Courtney, the sales associate, lacks adequate customer service skills to be in the customer service sector. She completely ignores customers that greet her or tell her to have a good day. I witnessed this with other customers and myself. It’s rude and disrespectful.
