Pizza? Good. Don't leave without checking for any of your sauces. Ordered 2 pizzas and a soft bread with 6 sauces not a single one had a sauce. Just go to lapa johns.

DONOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE ! The general manager really had the audacity to suggest I “just place an order for another one “after they delivered my order to my neighbor.. after I already paid once and now my neighbors have my food? After I hit use my location on the app it came up with MY address then she says it was set for my neighbors address like why would I do that.obviously the app messed up! and why are you trying to argue with me just send one to the customer who paid HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Had placed a delivery order a little over a week ago and when the order arrived it was wrong. I ordered the mix and match deal for a medium thin crust with double pepperoni and an Italian sandwich. The pizza didn't even have enough for a single topping and the sandwich wasn't cut. I called to inform them the order was wrong and was given 2 options. I could have the order remade or get a credit. I opted for the credit. I then tried to redeem the credit and was told there was nothing associated with my number for any credit. Employees were of zero help. I used to work for Domino's and this is unacceptable.

It took the driver a longer time than I liked to deliverHowever, I was impatiently hungry and in all fairness we ordered ordered just after 11pm, so the nearly hour wait time can be somewhat justified. Plus, he was delivering to a Hotel.If that doesn't sit well with you perhaps this will. The driver was polite and friendly. The food was not only delicious it was cooked to perfection. The crust perfect. Not oily or greasy. The toppings and all were exactly as they should.

This store is filled with the most hostile unprofessional individuals Memphis has to offer. Honestly, this location is probably where MLGW pulls their best and brightest. They are highly proficient in being rude, hanging up in your face if you ask for the three hour LATE order to be cancelled, hanging up in your face if you ask for the contact information for the regional manager, making their lack of drivers your problem (turn off your delivery option), and extremely heavy huffing and puffing when they dislike you politely responding to their rudeness. The BEST part is they make absolutely zero effort to make it right. If you lost points on the order cause they aren’t refunded- that’s tough. If you wasted time- they don’t care. No refund confirmation? They won’t answer anymore of your calls because they don’t want to deal with someone requesting service. SO, save your time. It’s not worth it. Order Pizza Hut.

This Domino's location night shift is by far the most worst extremely terrible service lazy ghetto attitude location I have been to if I could give you a zero that's what you would get the only thing you know how to do is give excuses and lies my wife ordered a pizza that was burnt not cut in the manager should just go find her a job at the strip club cuz she ain't got no class it was like going to a zoo and honestly y'all don't even deserve y'all deserve to be put out of business

I placed an order for delivered , after an hour I decided to cancelled it, this was not the first time they make me wait that long for a pizza. They have the worst customer service. I can tell by my own experience.

Pizza, ok. Pasta better. I know it's been a while since I last ordered, but when did Domino's start charging for "Parm" packs. This is probably my last order. I had better pizza at about the same price elsewhere. With free cheese and pepper flake packs.

I always have gotten the best service and my food is never cold. One time they re-did my food because it didn't look good for me to take home.

Here from Texas. Was out trying to find food in this God awful town and saw that Dominoes was open until 1 am. I made an online order at 12 am and waited outside for my order for 30 minutes to an hour and they then tell me they aren’t making my food because they are closing early do to being “short staffed” when I am looking at at least four employees through the window. This is ridiculous. I have already paid and now I have to wait two days to get MY OWN MONEY back. I will never be back here. And I’ll make sure to tell everyone else to do the same.
