Have used Dryve Cleaners for years but will not be returning after this experience. I took 4 curtains to be hemmed. After 2+ weeks of waiting, when I was originally told 1 week, 1 curtain came back to us dirty (in 8 different spots…), 1 was too long (dragging the floor), and 1 didn’t have the liner hemmed appropriately, making it longer than the actual curtain (and when we took it back requesting the hem be fixed, it was hemmed way too short). Additionally, all 3 times I called to check on the status of my curtains, I was initially told that they “couldn’t find them.”

I dropped off some shirts 12/13 that were supposed to be ready after 4 on 12/14. Under the weather for a couple of days and stopped by on Friday 12/16. Shirts not ready and not at the location. I had asked for a button to be replaced on one shirt cuff and was told the shirt was still at the "main location," but the attendant told me she would go get it that night so I could pick my cleaning up Saturday morning. I work downtown M-F but have second job on Sundays that requires the white shirts I had dropped off as a uniform. While the location is somewhat convenient to drop off and pick up while going to and from downtown, it is not convenient to my house. I had to drive back there on Saturday, (my only day off), to pick up my cleaning and was still presented a bill. I paid the bill. The staff at that location is great and I can't thank the young lady enough for making sure my shirts were there Saturday morning, but I doubt I will be back. There are other dry cleaners on Poplar Avenue to and from downtown. And good luck trying to find a website, email, or customer service contact for this business online. If it exists, I couldn't find it.Service: Embroidery

I used Dryve Cleaners on a recommendation from a friend and could not be more disappointed in the service. I took in two pairs of trousers for cleaning and a press. One pair came back fine but the other was damaged and still very wrinkled. Unfortunately at the time of pickup I was rushed and did not check them then. On the one pair of trousers they damaged they managed to break all the buttons on them, even the extras that were sewn on the inside of the pants. I do not recommend this place if you value your clothes.

I had a wonderful experience for my first visit after leaving my order with the morning clerk, Cindy! Not so much the next afternoon on my lunch break when I went back to pick up to find the door had a sign on it saying that they were out for a bit. I waited for about 15 and gave up and had to go back the next morning. Clothes looked great. But people should be on time to work. Thank you Cindy for taking such great care of me both days! I will definitely be back thanks to you!

The best cleaners by far, thanks to Brandy!!! She is the best at customer service, super friendly make sure she helps you and goes out of her way to do so definitely definitely keep someone like her.

I took several shirts in for cleaning and specified to have them done with medium starch and on hangers. When I picked them up they were folded and in bags. I took them home and the shirts were wrinkled as if I had slept in them! I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN! Rather than go thru the aggravation of taking them back I took them somewhere else.

This cleaners did alterations on two pair of pants and did it completely wrong. The pants were too long and the charged me $33.00 and refused to fix the problem or refund my money. Never do business with them if you're smart.

I went to this location simple because it was "convenient". First when I dropped my items off the employee could not tell me for sure when my clothes would be ready. Second when I went to pick up I was asked to get my clothes off of the rack behind the counter. This has never happened at any other cleaners I have used. Very poor customer service.

Okay, I recently moved into East Memphis. I've tried them three times to do my dress pants. The first time was great. After the second time, I doubted myself whether I even took my pants in. They still had a "dirty" feel to them. This past time on Monday, I took them one pair of pants and two brand new wool coats. This morning I put the pants on, I still see spots of mud around the cuffs and even smell my cologne. They only pressed them! I can get that free anywhere! One of the coats came back with tons of hair all over them...a coat that has never even been worn!! Never again!
I should have looked at their reviews first! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
