Scotty sold me a truck with a cracked bell housing. I expressed my concern about replacing parts before my 1000 mile drive home. I told him about how I want to make it home and not leave me stranded. His reply was that “I don’t want to be here all day”.
2 am on the side of I-40, the transmission housing cracked and drained while I was driving, leaving me stranded. Rear engine plate, u joint, tailshaft housing, and transmission were cooked. When I began pulling the transmission, the transmission and transfer case bolts were hand tight!
$10k worth of damages, and Scotty’s gracious heart reimbursed me $500! Saying “that’s all I’m giving, bye.”
Take my loss as your warning.

I had a pleasure to do business with Sal and Scotty this week. Honestly, me and my husband both agreed that we had the best experience in purchasing a vehicle in our entire lives.
Sal and Scotty both were amazing, attentive, understanding and genuine in every interaction that we had throughout our whole time there.
It's very hard to find an honest and genuine people like them, and I feel very lucky that we found them. I will definately do more business here in the future.

I have bought 3 cars from Sal. He has lost$$ on my trade ins helping me w/dwn pmt & paid for part on a minor repair. Not saying he will everytime, but he has been honorable in my dealings with him when he didn't have to. I highly recommend Sal Samana and EZ Auto.

If I could give a negative star review I would!I would not recommend E-Z Auto to anyone! Kim will say what ever he has to, to make a sale! I brought a car and had a major transmission issue 3 weeks in! When checked by an independent mechanic, it looks like they had tried to mask the issue before flipping the car! They were as helpful as a rock in dealing with the issue and showed no genuine care for their customer! They will not stand by the vehicles they sell!Go somewhere else to purchase your car! Avoid this company at all costs! 0/100

TERRIBLE!!!!! I purchased a Jeep Commander on 9/9,the truck started running hot 9/14. I took it back to them,they told me it was the thermostat and they would fix it. I called to check on it 2 days later because no one called me…turns out they had to put a new MOTOR in the truck. I told them I want my money back because now I don’t trust them. They told me I couldn’t get my money because they already started fixing it… WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS IS THAT?????? I really want to say Mr. Kim provided great service but THEY SO BAD BUSINESS!!!!! I EVEN TOLD THEM I WOULD JUST TAKE ANOTHER CAR THEY TOLD ME NO… DO NOT GO TO EZ AUTO

If I could give negative stars I would. We specifically chose this company and it is owned by father and son and has been in business for a very long time. I wanted to support local. We went in 07/01 met the owner whom my husband spoke to in great length. His one son was on vacay in Destin. We purchased the car and were told it was fully checked and no issues. Fast forward less than 24hours later to 07/02. The car began to rattle under hood, there was a smell of horrible plastic and the air conditioning stopped working. I called Monday 7/3 was told no one was in shop but lot attendant and lady on phone. I called again 7/5 left message. I called again 7/6 left a message. No call back at all. I know car was as is however less than 24 hours should break that bad. At least call back and offer their mechanic to actually look at it and fix or at this point they may need to fire their mechanic as Kim stated the car was fully functional and everything was checked by their mechanic. We told them this car was for our 16yo daughter and wanted something safe. Mr. Kim told me as a dad he would fully recommended this car!! So sad this day in age honesty is out the door!!!

I can't vouch for the quality of their cars, or the car buying process, but I can tell you that I sold a car there recently, and it was very quick and painless.As for their costumer service, I cannot say enough good things about Stan and his associates. I had a long saga with my van. Turnover at the dealership, some crises at home, etc. Stan went above and beyond in storing my van during the delays and helping me get it repaired in a way that would save me a lot of money. Even so far as having his associate switch out the faulty wheels, and driving it over to the tire shop for me! In this day and age, finding that kind of patience and kindness in business is rare, and I am extremely grateful.
