It took 5 days to receive a refund. The manager was unwilling to call me back. I had to request a refund multiple times after the wrong order was delivered.

This location is completely unprofessional. I am not the only one who has complained about this location and the management. I canceled an order in plenty enough time, and when I called to inquire about my refund, one of the employees had a nasty attitude, probably because she had no help. She said she was the only one there and she would pass the information on to the manager who was to come in later. I called a second time and spoke with the same woman, and she said once again she was the only one there and the manager had not arrived. Very unprofessional way to run a business. One employee working who obviously can't handle everything on her own. She should have had help, and it was the manager's responsibility to make sure of that. What is even worse, the "so called" manager finally called about 6:45 pm. I called the store at 9:30 am and again at about 12:00 pm. This chick acted as though it was an inconvenience to call me to refund MY money. She had one of the worst attitudes in customer service I had ever experienced. She did not issue an apology for MY inconvenience because I spent MY money. She didn't say "Good evening how are you?"she didn't apologize for her extremely late response, she had a harsh tone to her voice, and when the transaction to refund my card was over, I said "Thank You", and she just hung up. I never had a negative attitude or spoke in a disrespectful way to this chick. She did not say "Have a nice evening "or "Thank you for your patience", or "Sorry for your inconvenience". She said nothing, she just said " Uh-huh", and hung up. Just a ghetto attitude and completely ignorant, but I have already decided to contact corporate just to make them aware of how it was handled, even though they may not do anything, it still needs to be on record. A horrible company, and I will never use them again. They are not BBB accredited which should have been a red flag. DO NOT use the location in Memphis,Tennessee located at 8385 US Highway 64 Suite 109. Complete trash as far as customer service and management. This is one of the reasons I normally do not do business with franchises. I will never use any of the Edible Arrangement stores again thanks to this awful experience.

I placed an order and found out the person I placed it for wasn’t going to be at work on the delivery date. I called and called so I could cancel the order they never responded. They delivered the order and instead of taking it back to the store like they are supposed to they gave the order to someone who was NOT the recipient and didn’t call my cell number like I instructed them to when I placed the order.

Never buy from this place, It's a SCAM!!! They don't deliver what you buy. I spent so much money on the package and they only delivered one thing. There was no way to even reach them, they make you leave your phone number but they never call back. Don't waste your over this Scammers.

HOLIDAY HOURS ARE A LIE. They are not open any later than their normal time. We arrived to pick up an arrangement as a Christmas gift only to find that they were closed.

TERRIBLE!!!!! Please explain to me how and why you would leave chocolate covered FRUIT outside in hot weather???? No one was home. You didn't call the recipient or me to change the delivery. You just left it outside on the porch!!!! I want a refund and I will be contacting the BBB and filing a complaint. I will NEVER use this location again. I tried to call you all too and OF COURSE no one answered the phone.

Went in for a particular item and the beautiful edible florist Kiyra tried to help me find it as well as her looking in the system on her end and was unsuccessful. She worked her magic and made it happen and I am so thankful for her. I left with what I came for and got phenomenal service in the midst. She is such an asset to the company. Please keep this young lady around. 10 out of 10.

The lady was by herself an she gave me my order even when store is closed she was wonderful today an hold on to it for me while I lived in ark great service an she kept the customer promise

I received an arrangement and roses on 02/24/2023 that someone had delivered to me at my workplace. I couldn't have been more embarrased about the already dead roses that were delivered. Completely unsatisfied. You never know what type of day someone is having and to receive something like this is completely wrong.

I reside in Michigan, made a fruit birthday bouquet purchase for my father whom resides in Tennessee at the moment. It arrived on the specified date and I appreciated the email updates from the store. Informing me from the beginning to the end of the process, upon the delivery to him.

If I could give this experience more than 5 stares I definitely would honestly.I ordered something for someone special and I would definitely do business with THIS store again. Today was my first time ever using edible arrangements in general and I made two different orders. I had intentions to call early this morning to get the situation figured out but by the time I picked up my phone to do that, the manager of the store had already tried calling me. She was extremely professional, nice and understanding. She thanked me for my business.Later that afternoon when my delivery was about to be delivered I received a call to make me aware &’ the lady that called also was extremely professional and nice. I’m located in Chicago &’ my person is located in Memphis obviously an they made this experience very smooth. The lady that delivered her gift even took a picture of her at the door lol. This was very sweet & more importantly made my persons whole week. I wish I would’ve gotten the two ladies names that I spoke with but they know who they are and I hope they get recognized for how they put smiles on our faces . Because of those two they will get my business again thank you so much

The fruit was hard, and the Mellon left a nasty taste in my mouth. I was disappointed that I was given rotten fruit in a cup that cost so much for so little. My smoothie was fix correctly. I was give about a half of a cup for full price. I will never go again.
