My mother was in this facility for 4 weeks ....Andre really did an AMAZING JOB with her ...my mother ❤️ that man ... Everyone was nice , THANKS SO MUCH

My family members had been here for about an hour. The first staff we actually ever get to see, I m going to see if I can move her to one of the other rehabs the hospital social worker recommended.This is awful. If anyone ever shows up to talk to me I m going to beg to take her home tonight. This place isn't even trying for the basics.

Encompass was a 10 for the nurse and therapy care. The administrator rushed the discharge before I was ready but the rooms were a 10.

I’ve been admitted here two times over the last couple of years. They worked with me every time and got me back on my feet. I will always admire the staff for helping me. If I ever have to go back to rehab, I would hope it would be here.

I received excellent care at Encompass Rehab. I entered the facility with great trouble standing and walking, due to sciatic nerve problems. I regained my ability to stand and walk during my two week stay. This swift progress was because of the excellent care I received from my treatment team. My treatment team showed great care and concern for my healing and overall well-being. Walking from my room to the PT room and ringing the bell on my last full day, was a great triumph for me! I also enjoyed talking and praying with the Chaplain. It has been nine months since my discharge and I am doing great!

I spent 2 weeks at Encompass Rehab in July 2022. I was extremely happy when I was there with everything. The nurses are nice, the facility is clean and the food was good. They have an excellent physical therapy department. I hope I dont have any more surgeries but if I do I'll go back to Encompass.

My mother was here for rehabilitation after a stroke. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect. I want to give a special thanks to her nurse tech Adrian. She was so kind and patient with my mother and when we came up there she treated us like family. So a big kudos to her. You rock girl!

Encompass. The greatest Source for Rehabilitation!!!!!! I can’t type fast enuf. I marvel at the incredible Staff. Doctors; Nurses; Dietician ; Case Managers, Social Worker; Housekeeping Staff ; and the front desk workers. Wow♥️?❤️ Cheers to an incredible Medical team. I will never forget the level of care we experienced!!!

My husband regressed at this rehab facility. He had a horrible roommate who kept him up all night and the nurses kept assuring him it would be taken care of. The next day they did move the roommate but my husband was exhausted from lack of sleep. He also was given pain medicine instead of Aleve which made him even groggier and therefore he couldn’t do physical therapy. Also the food is inedible. . Thank goodness I brought him home early!

This place is infested with rats in the walls and people that are 8 x worse. We will be taking legal action against this place, not even out of financial incentive but to shame this place and it’s terrible workers more. Pure spite all the way.

My Dad was sent to Encompass for rehabilitation after being released from the hospital. The care he received was exceptional! The rehab team was led by Andre who worked with my dad to regain some of his mobility. What an awesome job he did. Any concerns that I had were handled immediately. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that is considering care for an elderly parent. The Encompass team was outstanding, and very caring!

THIS PLACE IS GREAT. SPENT 3 WEEKS IN ANOTHER REHAB AND IT WAS A NIGHTMARE BUT THIS PLACE IS FIRST CLASS. KIND AND COMPASSIONATE STAFF AND GOOD FOOD SURPRISINGLY.

This facility is awesome! Newly updated and truly an amazing staff. Have never encountered such a patient focused atmosphere and attitude from every person I’ve worked with. I will highly recommend Encompass to anyone needing rehab care.

I was discharged unable to return to home and too quick, Pt was exercise from wheelchair,I was unable to walk much,many group sessions with less,ot.was getting dressed and in a wheelchair,never given the opportunity to sit on a toilet,left messing in bed,no1.5 hours as needed,I did get help getting a wheelchair and new afo braces ordered.I had a shoulder injury from lifting my arm while getting the plate under my back for X-ray.I ended up with chronic severe pain which has left me bedridden and unable to go up and down stairs at home.I can not use my toilet at home now.I can not get in my wheelchair from couch I slept on..I may have go to a nursing home before functioning at home.I can no longer get to my medical appointments as previously.I need a stretcher or wheelchair pickup.When I asked for more time I got discharged and no goals were achieved.Psychologist was only 1visit and I needed help.Most staff were nice,food was okay after a few days.I left much worse than previous,no hope,denied on more rehab.I did not want to end up in a nursing home.My home is unlivable in my present state.I needed improvement.I do not know if I will recover now.No goals were addressed,I am unable to walk with a cane,I can not drive,I can barely get in a car now.I am wheelchair bound.with little hope left.I need to get the therapy I asked for and was promised.I got denied inpatient acute rehab for 5 times last year and now crippled with no life and no business and unable to drive
