I had a previous bad experience with the West Memphis location. That is what led me to the Union location in Memphis Tennessee . Wonderful team Cheerful , Helpful, Pleasant, and Prompt. Both Jacob and Cassie were amazing ! This experience made me happy and excited that I found a professional location again with Enterprise. I can keep renting with ease no stress . Thank you so much Cassie and Jacob !!!!

This location did not do a walk around the car and then said that I put a dent in the mirror. Please make sure to insist on walking around the car before signing anything.

Very positive experience. Customer service was excellent. I had to be picked up from a location and taken to Enterprise. A very personable and professional lady picked me up and I was very impressed to find that she was also my agent. When we arrived, everything needed to finish the agreement was available without leaving the car! Cassie was helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Upon returning the car a week later, I was greeted by name from Cassie! That was very impressive. HUGE customer service kudos for Cassie! She made this a smooth and stress free experience.

They were completely nonchalant about not having the van we needed, for an 8:30 reservation we made days ago and confirmed twice. Just casually told us it happens, and they could call us at 1PM when they get another one.We were supposed to leave town in the morning so that wouldn’t work. And why trust someone to call at 1PM with a new availability when they already broke their 8:30 commitment without even bothering to call ahead and let us know?This wouldn’t have been so bad except that they were extremely casual and never said sorry or anything. They just said they’d cancel it, so we waited about ten minutes listening to typing at the counter before asking what was taking so long. The person said “oh I already did it.” So we said fine, can we get a confirmation of that? She just kept smiling and said “No?” like we were dumb.We’re only dumb if we ever come back again.EDIT (since I can’t respond to their generic non-apology): I posted this to help other people from falling victim to this scam. Not to have Enterprise respond and ask me to provide all my reservation details so they can (ostensibly) improve their service. And this, without an acknowledgment of my wasted time, and an expectation that I will waste more of my time. If they want consultation assistance, they can email ME about my rates.

I always rent from Enterprise, and the employees are always so friendly & helpful. This time I had Brady & Andrew to go above and beyond to service me at the Downtown Memphis, Union Ave location. They were great about communication and making sure my rental met my standards during my trip once i returned. This is my favorite location & I will continue to be a loyal customer to Enterprise.

I’m only giving this location a 1 star because there wasn’t anything lower that could be used. My experience at this location was by far the WORST experience of my life!!!!The only black female at the location has the most UNPLEASANT attitude that I have EVER encountered!! I’ve rented from Enterprise for many years and have NEVER been met with such a RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL person as the lady at this location. I’ve been trying to get a rental car since 10/24/23 and had a reservation (due to my vehicle being in the body shop). I was told that there weren’t any available vehicles until the following week. I never received any calls when cars became available. I called around to practicality all of the other locations and it was the same result. I called again on Monday, 11/6/23 and specifically asked when would they have any cars available and was told that they could reserve a car for me on Thurs., 11/9/23 @ 9:00 am. I also had asked for someone to pick me up on this day. On Thurs.,11/9/23, I never received a call confirming my reservation or pickup. I had to call them to confirm my reservation, I called around 8:30 am and was told that it would be about another hour. They said that I could still come in and do the necessary paperwork and wait on a vehicle. I had someone take me to their location and I arrived a little after 10:00 am. I completed my paperwork and was told it would still be about an hour before I could get a vehicle. I left and came back an hour later and still no vehicle was available. I waited a little while longer and saw an Altima being returned to their lot (which is the exact car that I had requested), so I went back and asked if I could get the Altima. The black lady rudely told me that I couldn’t have that car and she had me a Charger. I replied that I specifically asked for an Altima. She then got more belligerent with me saying that the other people had waited longer and they’re getting the Altima. I replied that I’ve been waiting on a vehicle since October. She said nothing, giving me a blank stare. I then told her that she was rude and I didn’t like her attitude. She then said that I was rude. I told her that she would not continue to speak to me in the manner in which she was speaking. She then said again that I was rude and she was canceling my reservation. I said fine and proceeded to leave their location (to avoid matters escalating any further). I was so upset with the way that I was handled by this young lady. I’ve never encountered anything like it.This lady LACKS Professionalism and should NOT be allowed to deal with customers AT ALL!!! I will NEVER spend my money with this establishment as long as she’s employed there. I’ve never been treated with such distain by an employee of any place of business. This has by far been my WORST experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car EVER!! I will NEVER do business with this particular location again. I’ll take my money ? and business elsewhere!! I have top notch insurance and any other company would welcome my patronage!Stay FAR away from this location if you’re looking for professionalism!!BY FAR THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!

Went to drop off my rental and encountered a line of vehicles being inspected, one by one but only one associate was working. When asked could we just drop the vehicle off, the associate responded no you'll have to wait. It gets worse, while waiting another individual came to drop off her rental. She went inside the building for a few minutes came out with a gentleman and immediately the associate who to me to wait started inspecting her vehicle. I was livid. Gets worse. I approached the associate and made him aware the I was there before this person, His response was, oh no sir she was here before you. She was in side already. I responded, no I am sure she came after I did. What he say? Oh well after I'm done with her I will get you next. Now I will tell you she was a white woman and I am a black man. Judge for yourself. If you are black avoid the blonde haired young man at the counter. He's clearly racist.

I called 2 days to get information about my rental return computers were down. In returning my rental car I was told all I owed was $16. Looked on my bank statement it was more I understood what they rental told me the day of rental but not to give me an estimate of what I owed when I brought the car back I did n’t understand. Everything else with their service was okay.

Most of the time I receive very warm welcome. Sometimes I have to wait an hour or two to get a decent car otherwise the services are quite good. In my current visit o got a free upgrade since the full size sedan was not available at that moment. Couple of times the car was not so great but a car swap makes up for it.

I enjoyed my experience with this Enterprise location. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and proficient. The car was great (a little sporty for an old guy like me) and return was quite simple. A go-to location for downtown and Midtown Memphis.

Was a waste of time! Did my reservations in advance and went to pick up and was told it was canceled they called a day before to let me know BEFORE they didn’t have the vehicle anymore. I didn’t knw it until it was time to get it and was told “yeah we dnt have it”. Never again would I deal with a company like that!

Enterprise was very professional, friendly, and helpful..It was a very easy process..The car was clean the office was clean and once again the staff was very friendly and respectful...I will always choose enterprise rental car for my traveling needs.
